Well let’s see now, Fox News is reporting that Portland had refused to cooperate with the new Homeland Security programs Obama has instituted, the programs are VOLUNTARY kinda like Income Tax, one of Voluntary Compliance. So the FBI picked Portland before they recruited this guy, pretty simple huh. This is and was a FUND RAISER for the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT in an effort to exert their control over a city in a sovereign state. This is typical behavior when you refuse to volunteer to go along with a voluntary program handed down by the Federal Government.

I think its about time a lot of cities “RETHINK”their views on terrorists.
