Tonight is the final chance for the three remaining contestants on "Dancing With the Stars" to impress the viewers at home.
As we've seen this season in particular, high scores from the judges may be nice. But, it's the viewers who matter because their votes can make an impact.
Going into tonight's season finale are Jennifer Grey, Kyle Massey & Bristol Palin.
Getting to this point wasn't always a smooth trip. There were some tense moments at the production office for "Dancing With the Stars."
ABC says a white powder in an envelope was delivered to the office this past Friday. It turned out to be talcum powder.
But, before they knew that, hazardous materials officials with the city of Los Angeles, fire department, police and FBI arrived at the studio lot where the ABC show airs.
This comes just days after the shock that viewers have put low-scorer Bristol Palin in the finals of "Dancing With the Stars," while voting off Brandy, who's had some of the highest scores from the judges.
Watch tonight's show at 8 p.m. and the results show Tuesday at 9 p.m. on ABC.

Hey Great! Long time.
It’s crazy. I miss Cousins from last year. lol.
You’ll come back. Too good of a coach...Like with all great coches I’m sure you’ll be a great second half team.
Hopefully Bristol won’t have any security concerns in NYC.
Oh my, you should read the comments on mjsbigblog. I literally loathe those libs. They make my blood boil. Of course, they have to get their digs in about Sarah. Just what is it about zero that they love? His tyranny? His hate for this country? I’d sure like to know. If they hate it here, then I’d suggest a one-way ticket to Cuba or Venezuela. Seems they hate liberty, small government, common sense and love to kill babies. I feel such a hatred for the things they love.
You know darned well that if Bristol won, it would cause an uproar across America. And, why? Its a stupid dance show, but, the libs have to politicize everything. In their ignorance, they just can’t help themselves. Of course, they’re the intelligent ones and we’re stupid. ABC had no plans to allow Bristol the win. They wimped out. NO. she wasn’t the best dancer, but, she was fun to watch. I thought that’s what the show was all about - taking a novice and teaching them. Guess not. The fix was in for Jennifer Grey from the beginning.
OH well. I just had to let off steam, because I’m steamed at the way Bristol was treated.
Night Beautiful.
I agree with that. Bristol has gone through a lot at her young age.
Not saying she was or was not the best dancer, I am just saying that they were not going to allow Bristol to win.
I was dumb enough to think she could win if enough people voted for her, but that`s not how the show is set up. Yes the voters kept her in the show, but the final is determined by the judges for the most part.
Yes I realize its supposedly 50/50 judges/fans, but it was dishonest of them just before the end to ask each couple if the fans put them over the top to victory.
At that point it had already been determined by the judges scoring that Bristol could not win.
We will probably never know the true picture of who got the most votes from the fans? I betcha if it was all decided by the fans only, like American Idol, Bristol might just have won.
Like that a lot!!
If you look around the net you'll discover they have a lot in common. Mark wrote on his journal for USA Today that he would really miss the family get together every week. He also gave a shout out to Sarah.
His mom and Sarah seem to have hit it off too. They were sitting together last night. BOth of their mothers describe them as either "old souls" or similar description.
Mark's been her champion thoughout the season. He's from a good Texan family. (Although mummy lives in London with mums. Parents divorced but still are involved in dance) Grandpa Ballas had the largest dance studio in the world until he invented the weed eater. Grandma was international flamingo dancer.
Much obliged, Doc. It’s been fun!
Even though I feel bad for her that she is so obsessed with winning that she would jeopardize her ability to walk or hold up her head in the future.
where the hell are the people that should be telling her to not do this? I am in Rehab three times a week, and sure is not fun to have to bust your butt through the pain and watch others much younger go through all that pain under supervision. Who is watching her?
Look at how much attention that they pay to players in Football that get a neck injury and they are wearing helmets. It is sad, she is in denial.
Night Beautiful:) Proud of your little thread that went all over.(((((Hugs))))
You’re welcome! I had fun too, especially since I didn’t have to think about obama while the show was on...:)
They definitely were. Everyone I know had the same problem. They could vote for the others, but when you tried to vote for Bristol, it kicked you back to sign in page again. You would sign in again, same thing, kick you right back as soon as you clicked on Bristol. I tried Kyle, vote counted, then Jennifer, vote counted, then Bristol, kicked out. That was it for me. I tried again this morning, same thing, I gave up.
ABC, come on.... they used Bristol to keep her on to get ratings. But when it came time to win, they made sure that didn’t happen.
Thank you, my dear! Hugs back at ya!!
Another goodnight to everyone!
I got my phone votes in easily, no problem. They cheated on the internet voting.
*HUG*
She’s a lying sack of poop!
LOL
You’re welcome! The most fun came from driving liberals literally berserk!
