Tonight is the final chance for the three remaining contestants on "Dancing With the Stars" to impress the viewers at home.
As we've seen this season in particular, high scores from the judges may be nice. But, it's the viewers who matter because their votes can make an impact.
Going into tonight's season finale are Jennifer Grey, Kyle Massey & Bristol Palin.
Getting to this point wasn't always a smooth trip. There were some tense moments at the production office for "Dancing With the Stars."
ABC says a white powder in an envelope was delivered to the office this past Friday. It turned out to be talcum powder.
But, before they knew that, hazardous materials officials with the city of Los Angeles, fire department, police and FBI arrived at the studio lot where the ABC show airs.
This comes just days after the shock that viewers have put low-scorer Bristol Palin in the finals of "Dancing With the Stars," while voting off Brandy, who's had some of the highest scores from the judges.
Watch tonight's show at 8 p.m. and the results show Tuesday at 9 p.m. on ABC.

Thank you also good Dr. for co-hostessing the threads. They have been fun and a nice diversion (except for the disruptors). I’ll miss the “family” feeling of cheering for our kid.
“Id swear that Mark was wiping away a tear or two.”
I really haven’t paid all that much attention to all this, we never watch this show, but I have watched some of the “so you think you can dance” series.
But I had to check in here to see the response to the results and I’m glad I saw your post.
Mark has been a really great, supportive partner to Bristol, that’s been clear even to someone like me who’s really not paying attention.
He’s shown himself to be a real gentleman, I’m very impressed with the guy.
Hubby and I watched tonight and about 1/2 of last night’s show.
We did enjoy it, more than we thought we would.
And I can say for myself I’m curious to see what “stars” they have on next season.
CURTIS SLIWA!!!
I wish they’d have him, he’s dying to be on.
He says he’s a very good dancer (and Ron Kuby backed him up on it!).
Congrats Bristol, you went so much further than anyone thought you could!
I know you got this show ratings it never had before, and let’s not forget, it’s show BUSINESS, it ain’t high art, so that counts!
Good job to everyone we saw.
I’m glad to see Tom Bergeron in a gig that suits him too, btw.
OK, that is the entirety of my thoughts on DWTS!
You’re welcome! I was just thinking that maybe Bristol will get to see a Broadway show when she goes to NYC tomorrow.
I pinged your from my heart. You made this thread special for me and a lot of us here. I also loved watching Bristol. Just imagine the pride Sarah and Todd Palin are felling. Filled with love for their wonderful daughter!!!
Special time we all shared. Piper must be absolutely thrilled and Willow too! And track! Wow. Happy night for the Palin family.
Happy Thanksgiving, dear friend. Blessings!!!!
Well, just DAMN!!
So, the whining, crying drama queen won it, eh?
Figures.
Thank you for posting this thread.
I will remember Bristol’s natural grace, sweet smile and courage.
If Bristol didn’t win, I hoped it would be Kyle....but the Judges showed their pick by consistently giving Jennifer the highest scores! Even with millons of extra votes that was too much for Bristol or Kyle to overcome.
Jennifer may have won the plastic ball but Bristol won more hearts!
((((Sweetheart))))
Thank you so much for making a placemarker for me! *MWAH*
I did get to see the last 20 minutes. I missed the dances, so I am hoping someone posts a link.
It was a major yawner that Jen won. I was really rooting for Kyle for the upset, after Bristol and Mark were given third place. I am sooo proud for her! She was all grace and class, and I think Mark really thinks the world of her—it looks like he got a little teary-eyed when they showed her montage.
And about that ruptured disk. Yeah sure. My hubby ruptured his disk in 2001, and he could not move for days (he would crawl, if he had to use the bathroom) and ended up having to have surgery within the week.
I’m going to have to call Oscar Mayer on this one.
Nightline on ABC tonight will be doing a story on Sarah’s book appearance in Phoenix today and Britol’s night on DWTS.

You’re welcome! The disruptors stayed away tonight!
GRATE idea! Our own gossip and hang-out thread!
Thanks for the info!
She was smiling ear to ear when she talked about leaving a piece of her spine on the dance floor last night. Then the hosts sort of had a happy moment with her. Strange.
Hubby watched and he said Bristol did the best tonight but that the judges lowered her score so she wouldn't win. Even he could see the fix was in.
Thanks again for all the fun. I feel like i let Mark and Palin down.
LOL. I can’t type worth a dang...
Came late to this party so crashed it. Was fun.
Yeah that would be great!
I think it would be nice for her to see a Broadway show, too. Everyone needs to see Broadway in their lifetime, nothing like it.
