He doesn’t have a COHB. The Post and Email got a full index print out of the COHB for 1961 for the names Obama, Dunham, and one other name I think. None were listed for him, meaning he didn’t have a COHB and that he was not NOT born in a hospital. I don’t have a clue if that means he was born in a hospital because I didn’t write it.
Your stupidity never ceases to amaze me. Do you really believe Obama Senior had every legal right to remain indefinitely in the US? Where did you pull that from? Did they ever live together as man and wife? Did you see the movie Green Card? Even if he applied for and was fraudulently given LAPR status he would likely lost it as a marriage fraud. Obama Senior entered as a student and would have to have adjusted status from a non-immigrant to an immigrant in order to stay in the USA indefinately. Did he meet the criteria for such adjustment?
If that is true, then did Lolo Soetoreo also by being married to Stanley Ann have the right to remain in the US indefinitely? Why did he leave, and at who's request?
While you are at it tell me what is the status of an alien who enters the USA without inspection, EWI?
Maybe. However, some think that the information that the DoH has on Obama is bogus. Some people believe it's both. Polarik for example, did back engineer on how Obama's COLB could be made using Photoshop. I don't know how many people saw it but he detailed the method on Youtube.com. There is enough anomalies to questioned the authenticity about Obama's COLB.
OBama has only showed a couple of Obots who worked for "FactCheck".con the alleged COLB. That's nowhere near to silence the critics, and Obama refused to show any court his COLB. Anyone can lie on the Internet and get away with it as there is no law against it. Now, Polarik was likely was not correct in all cases about the alleged Obama COLB. Danae had to defend herself which did not fit Polarik's viewpoint about Hawaiian COLBs. He was wrong in that case. However being wrong on some assertions does not mean his conclusion was incorrect - that Obama's COLB was a forgery.

At worst, Obama Sr would have needed to exit and re-enter on an immigrant visa. And that can be waived.

They had the right to do so. If they didn’t, that would weigh against them - but once he married, as the husband of an American citizen, he could live to his dying day in America if he chose.

No, but both my wife and my daughter-in-law were born overseas. I’ve spent many, MANY hours dealing with immigration. I also know a number of military men who have married overseas.

With a valid marriage? Yes. It could be done. He would have been well advised to see a lawyer and follow legal advice. It might not have been easy, but it would have been possible.
And what none of you seem to be willing to deal with is the fact that he & Ann were divorced while Obama Sr was in the USA, and she retained full custody - as an American citizen by birth. And you think her son, born in Hawaii, wouldn’t be a US citizen?
Call up a lawyer who handles citizenship cases. Ask him.
