Sorry. No competent lawyer would agree with you. That is why you cannot find someone with ‘standing’ to take your case to court. The courts have been very clear from the founding of the US - someone here with permission of our government is under temporary allegiance to the USA. Obama Sr wasn’t a tourist. He was here living and studying and married to a US citizen, and had every legal right to remain as long as he lived in the USA. He didn’t choose to do so, but neither did the parents of WKA or Elg.

Obama Jr was not born under allegiance to the UK. He was born in the USA, and the British Acts do NOT control US law. Under the US Constitution, he was a US citizen. Had his father retained custody and taken him to Kenya, he COULD have become a Kenyan citizen, or he could have returned to the US as a US citizen at 18.

But his mother retained custody, Obama Jr has never claimed UK or Kenya citizenship, and his US citizenship remains.

And yet since February 10, 2007 when Barack Hussein Obama II announced his candidacy for the presidency until October 25, 2010, no state of Hawai’i long form birth certificate for Barack Hussein Obama II has been released under a UIPA request.

This doesn't mean anything when you don't actually document specific UIPA requests and the responses. We know plenty of requests have been made without citing the UIPA. Also, posting misstatements by DOH-babe Fukino means little when the actual laws have been cited showing that she's wrong.

AAh .. vive la différence !

It’s likely that much, if not all, of the discord here and
the wide contrast in our core sensibilities, civility,
outlooks, philosophy and acceptable tactics employed can be
attributed to Miss T’s documented political position of NOT
being a conservative, not an authentic FReeper, not a
believer, and WE ARE.

We’re on completely opposite sides of the street in our
real lives. She’s a liberal partisan, an admitted staunch
PUMA/Hillary supporter.

Though we share the same visceral detestation of the current
WH resident, the core belief that he’s both ineligible as
well as thoroughly incompetent and dangerous, and the
burning desire for his effective removal, that’s likely
just a short term goal for Miss T and where our similarities
end.

I believe Miss T does want BHO gone, but so another lib
will be esconced in our WH to rule this country and promote
and effectuate the same lib policies ... Hillary.

I never gave that core difference so much weight in
previous considerations, as it relates now to the urgent
preservation of our blessed nation, treasured traditions,
conservative values and the principled actions we
conservatives hold so dear, until this episode .. which has
gone a long way toward crystallizing the authentic
differences between libs and us.

I’m sure FR’s a very convenient research site for Miss T
to pursue her ultimate partisan lib goal, but our fight is
the greater good of preserving this great country our
magnificent and courageous Founding Fathers inspired, not
a nation in descent to socialist/bigbrother/liberal
decrepitude under another lib resident in our WH.

The actions and tactics of those involved here reveal much
and remain as references to the great divide in core
philosophies and in that for which we fight.

So, as long as those fundamental differences are always
remembered by the FReepers who read these back and forths,
it’s up to the boss if it continues.

Holy crap, this is a stupid comment. You need to read SAD's state department records that were released. Her second husband, Lolo, was ALSO here on a temporary student visa, married to a U.S. citizen and was living and studying here, BUT he was kicked out of the country. This is why they applied for several hardship exceptions ... to get him an extension. Barak Sr. would have been no different. He was NOT a permanent resident. He did NOT have permanent domicil.

Yes, those are called hearsay and out-of-court statements. None of these statements have been supported with legal, court-recognized documentation.

I didn’t blow it off. I amswered honestly that I didn’t know. What am I supposed to do? Make something up?

And it is obvious, Honolulu is on Oahu. Everyone knows that.

When I shared my doc’s with Polarik, he was still a respected person here. It wasn’t until later that he fried himself. I continue to pay the price for honestly just trying to help. I had nothing to gain out of it. I didn’t want any gain out of it. I just wanted to help. Look what it continues to give me.
