Are there hundreds or thousands of Freepers that were born in HI? I doubt it. Or do you want to see them from other states. I got mine a couple of months ago. The woman on the phone was obviously an Obozo voter and it was like pulling teeth to get her to admit I could get it. She finally did but she had a major pissy attitude.

It’s not birthers’ questions about the BC that concern us. (I guess I should speak for myself here and not the entire Sanity Squad.) It’s the “conspiracy group think” that won’t listen to reason. It’s the promotion of con-artists like Orly Taitz and Lucas Smith as patriots. It’s the perpetuation of demonstrably false Internet rumors. It’s the delusional misinterpretations of the law. It’s the insistance that anyone and everyone who disagrees is a paid, Obot troll involved in one giant conspiracy.

To be fair, there are only a few persistent birthers who are guilty of the above. Some of you can have reasonable, polite (if somewhat heated) discussions and walk away in disagreement. There are several birthers with whom I would enjoy a beer and a few laughs. (Although I doubt the feeling is mutual where I am concerned.)

The tin foil EMP thing was poking fun at Orly’s promoters and followers not at birthers who have legitimate questions about the BC.

JimRob warned parsy to stop posting “like a troll.” For a while, we (anti-birthers) believed that JimRob didn’t want any debate on eligibility threads, but that isn’t the case. He allows the debate so freepers can do what they do best - work out the details through a common-sense discussion of the facts. Parsy imposed a “self-zot” in protest of birthers on FR.

Yep, at one point I was an avowed Polarik birther but no more. (The sketchy-looking COLB first released gave me cause to doubt it based on my personal expertise with printed forms.) Do I think Obama’s hiding something regarding his BC? Absolutely. Would I like to see the long-form. Sure. In the scheme of things though, the BC is irrelevant to me and y’all know why.

You don’t have to be a Freeper to be a birther. I was talking about ANY people who question Obama’s eligibility and who were also born in Hawai’i.
I’ll still wait for a written response to my inquiry from the Registrar of Vital Statistics.

They have some pretty decent medications for paranoia these days. I suggest you look into it.

And no, I don’t believe that Danae got a long form from them because I haven’t seen a raised Seal or a Registar’s signature, and I will put a lot more trust into an official response I intend to get in writing from the Registrar of Vital Records.

If you don’t trust that official response when it comes, oh well. That’s why there will always be two sides to this issue.

However it still remains that fact the the only Article II, Section I constitutionally required information that is on a birth record is date of birth and place of birth.

Getting back to the original topic of this thread, Lieutenant Colonel Lakin’s new civilian attorney said today that Judge Lind’s rulings have been consistent with the law and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. This was reported in an article posted on Worldnetdaily today.

I believe Obama is not a natural born citizen because his father was not an American citizen at the time of Obama’s birth. That makes “where he was born” (and thus the BC) irrelevant to me.

I notice on the form that Dana provided that it mentions a “Cert.” or “Verif.” for each type of vital record. The DOH has made it sound like they can’t or won’t issue verifications, but this form clearly shows otherwise. I wonder how the DOH would respond to a specific request for a verification of Obama’s birth records? It might help to order one for a layperson, just to make sure how the process works and to have a ‘control.’

One of the constitutional requirements for the office of the presidency is that he be a "natural born citizen." This was put into place by the founders to keep foreigners or persons who do not bear a non-questionable allegiance to the US Constitution out. Obviously, and admittedly Barack Hussein Obama was born to a foreign citizen and is not 100% American. He's half-American, half-African and all Marxist. He obviously bears no allegiance whatsoever to the US Constitution and is working overtime to destroy it. He's a usurper and should be removed from office. He is exactly the kind of fraud/usurper the founders feared.

PS the REAL, official long form birth certificate may not be the end all/be all to one so superior as you, and it may not be, but what else will at least conclusively confirm vital information; i.e., the paternity he touts and birthplace .. or not?
