Sharpton was asked about her on CSPAN today, and he said that she told him that she might show up to both rallies.

Rush never went beyond his radio show. Heck he hasn’t really written an issues book since “See, I Told You So”, which came out almost 20 years ago when I was in Jr. High!
No, they are not incompetent one bit - they move well over a million people several times a day through the Metro.
It depends whose in power to be honest - when the Million Man March went on they ran rush-hour service for the miserable crowd that showed up.
Part of it is political, the other part, and lets be honest about this, our side has only just started to really ramp up pro-America demonstrations at in DC in huge numbers. The left believes they own the sole right to protest and have held that belief since the demonstrations over Vietnam.
I honestly believe Metro Admin thought that many people would show up for a right-wing event. When it happened, well they had to do something about it, after all, who do these right-wingers think they are coming to DC to protest!!!
He had the Ft Collins Bake Sale. I was there — it was grand and we left it spotless. I think even rush was surprised at the turnout.

Good! I’m glad. First, it shows what they are and second it shows that we hold a power they are afraid of.

Yes, TrafficLand cameras showing HUGH crowds of people on the streets. I’m sure the MSM will spin it as crowds going TO Al Sharpton’s rally. LOL.
Did you see Glenn Beck when he looked up and said these words? (paraphrase) Wow! The crowd is so big a camera helicopter just violated the airspace to get a picture of the crowd.
It was indeed quite moving, it gave me some hope that we still have a chance.

They are the most family-oriented and kindest people I know. Unlike people from other faiths, I never hear them saying bad things about other people, I am not one, but I admire their values == we could all use a dose of the value system they embrace.

We Christian Conservatives are nothing if not clean and tidy. Ha!!
Seriously though, Glenn promised that he would have a fairly accurate and provable count. He said he would explain it on Monday.
I noticed there were some planes and a helicopter overhead (in a NO-FLY area!), so I am guessing that he arranged that…I have no idea how he could have, but there definitely were planes up there!
Do they do ratings of C-Span? It would be interesting to see!
