have to disagree with one point, there was one black soldier who just kept nodding his head like he was one of those head bobbling things which we see in cars.
All he did was nod his head up and down but other than that they all looked bored with him.
Lets face it the fool cares nothing about the military , over seas issues etc, he wants this country changed to a radical lefty country of which we are not.

Hope all is well...were you at the rally? All is well. I was determined to see and hear as much as possible and also to park my redneck butt in the shade. Missions accomplished -- I was up on the hillside under the trees with a view of the screen and very good acoustics; but it was difficult to get there in the crush of people. The turnout was overwhelming and wonderful!!
I take it you were there?

What beautiful photos! Thank you for posting!
You're welcome. It's the least I can do for my Freeper colleagues that couldn't make it.
Here are a couple more interesting ones: some attendees in costume:

Don't be paranoid about Mormons. I went to school with hundreds of them here in the DC area. They are decent people.
I wasn't trying to be, and sorry I gave that impression. After reading more about him and looking at what he's been saying lately, I don't think he's very interested in spreading Mormonism. According to some recent interviews, he's focused on making more money and creating what he calls his media empire and he's doing a good job of it. I don't agree with him on a lot of stuff, but I think he's going to succeed with his plans.

He's up to making around $32 million a year, but I don't think he's intending on paying for future rallies out of his pocket, which is a good business move on his part.
