How’s he doing?
He shouldda called Palin....
How is ol’ tar balls doing? About as well as a pelican trying to fly while covered in thick oily goo. Although in Obama’s case it is more appropriate to compare him to a gooney bird.
I can see the oil from my house.................
IT'S BOTH!
Worse than even Hillary expected.
for this pvnk it’s ALWAYS 3:am!!!!!
He never answered the call. He’s still sleeping.
What can you expect from a community organizer?
He rolled over and went back to sleep
I shudder to think how Obama would handle a real national security crisis. Let’s say the 2 am phone call is from the CIA who says they have indisputable intelligence that a nuclear weapon has already been smuggled into New York City by terrorists who plan to detonate it it in 12 hours. Would Obama miss his tee time?
The phone has been off the hook for two months.
Sorry for the vanity PING here:
I was born in New Orleans, and have lived within an hours drive my entire life. This disaster has not impacted me but I have an uncle who is a commercial fisherman whos life will never be the same. And several other relatives and acquaintances fish recreationally in or near the Gulf.
People are not yet realizing the impact will be nationwide. The moratorium will do more long-term economic damage than the leak itself—nationwide. So obozos response IS incompetent AND intentional.
Something needs to stick to this commie. Maybe if enough people connect him to the 3 A.M. phone call the oil will FINALLY weigh him down like it is the pelicans.
PING Jim.
Dear Mods,
I left quotation marks in the title when I posted which messed up. Could you please adjust?
Thank you!
“If this perspective could make its way into the public conciseness”
“conciseness” should have been “consciousness”.
Admidt it u r stoopid!
oh kay I admitten it eye is stew pid
That 3 AM call is going to be something much, much worse than an oil spill; a nation-state nuclear attack. If you’re Russia or China, this is a limited window of opportunity that will permit them to eliminate the United States.
He’s still hiding under the covers.
Y’all quit hatin’ on our dear President Obama.
As evidence of his care and commitment to the environment, he has allowed foreign vessels to help in containing the spill in just 70 days.
For you braindead conservatives, 70 days is a very short period of time for a constitutional scholar and community organizer to accomplish a real objective. Sure, Bush relaxed EPA fuel regulations and suspended the Jones Act prohibitions to allow imports of gasoline and diesel within hours of Katrina’s devastation, but he was a doofus. Bush did not contemplate his actions with the thoroughness of a community organizer and constitutional scholar. Consequently, Bush did not balance the public interest (i.e., unions, environmentalists, politicians, and the opinions of the MSM) against the consequences of immediate fuel shortages in the US. Nor did he form a commission of environmentalists and politicians and await their report before acting to avert immediate and severe fuel shortages. Rather, Bush just acted to alleviate their prospect. Had President Obama been in office at the time, he would have had the wisdom to seize the opportunity to use the crisis as a means to teach Americans to use less fuel. Instead, Bush enabled Americans to continue driving the SUVs.
He's still sputtering around in the dark, spewing profanities, bumping into things; searching for the phone.
