Agree totally! Otoh, DU has surprised me a little lately, in getting down on Obama occasionally over him not doing enough about the oil spill. Granted they prefer to blame Cheney. But every now and then a light glimmers through. I wondered if Obama’s uber tough talk would excite them and give them thrills down the leg...or if it might play poorly. I’m curious—just not curious enough to venture in myself. ;)

When Sec. Salazar used that phrase on the Sunday show, it was obvious that it was not something he would have ordinarily said. He had been coached, and he stumbled when he actually said the words. It was just a line of dialogue to him. He’s not from Chicago, but his “advisors” coaches are.

I am not writing this to defend him, but to point out that the phrase was thought out and planned to be made public.

I despise these people in charge of our country right now.
