The DU has to have its demons. BP is perfect for that. It’s a big corporation - all corporations become villains at some point. And it deals in oil, which we all know is the work of the devil.
Agree totally! Otoh, DU has surprised me a little lately, in getting down on Obama occasionally over him not doing enough about the oil spill. Granted they prefer to blame Cheney. But every now and then a light glimmers through. I wondered if Obama’s uber tough talk would excite them and give them thrills down the leg...or if it might play poorly. I’m curious—just not curious enough to venture in myself. ;)
