The Youtube video linked above, which I found at websleuths, is of a newscast (in Spanish) that apparently shows the victim lying on the hotel room floor (26-28 sec mark).
The victim in this video is fully clothed.
It's probably inaccurate though....

Oh sure. Just lots of inconsistencies given the wobbly Google translations etc, I’m sure it’ll all come out pretty soon now. One sicko for sure, seem to remember he brutally killed his pet dog at a young age & his parents had him in anger management class.
I’m glad there’s no extradition between Peru & the Netherlands, whether he gets six or twenty years they’ll be utterly horrible whereas in EU he’d get a comfy cell & so on not to mention a bunch of psychobabble about “anger”.
I really hope that the Aruba case can now be settled for the peace of mind of that poor family.

I've read/heard that as well. Which leads one to ask the obvious. Where is HIS laptop? Maybe in Santiago along with his credit cards etc? At that place he slept at but doesn't remember the address?
One of the hardest thing about dealing with habitual liars is that you have to assume whatever they say is not true. That get's so darned tiring. LOL
Joran had many of his social networking sites in English, so who knows what language much of what’s on his computer was in.
But I think it could also refer to her perhaps googling him and then learning about it - and with as easy as it is to switch google between languages (it’ll typically do it automatically as you travel as it realizes where you are - going to the local language) she could easily have read it in Spanish instead of whichever language Joran had it set to.
Joran does, I’m sure, have two passports - an Aruban one and a Dutch one.
I’m guessing the one that was taken (by the hotel) was the Aruban one based on the stamps in it and an article I read.

Interesting that the bed in this picture has a flowered bed cover in the middle of it...while it does not appear in the video at all. The photo is more like I remember seeing the room early on. I so wished I’d have saved those photos. *sigh*

What’s the difference? “Real” newspapers like the NYTimes and the WaPo have devolved into propaganda organs for the left. And then the National Enquirer broke the John Edwards story.
I view foreign newspapers as usually more credible than our domestic ones. Refreshingly, they generally don’t buy into this myth that a newspaper can or should be unbiased. So you have newspapers that are openly left wing, center, right wing, etc.

I always believed Natalee was still alive and this monster sold her to some other pervert...now I am not so sure..So far he hasn't confessed to that murder, at least not to the right people..To think that this savage got away with other slaying..I do hope that the he gets the death sentence and we all are ride of this sick punk..

The Holloway case has followed many twists and turns. Two years ago, a Dutch television crime reporter captured hidden-camera footage of van der Sloot saying he was with Holloway when she collapsed on a beach from being drunk. He said he believed she was dead and asked a friend to dump her body in the sea. Judges subsequently refused to arrest van der Sloot on the basis of the tape.
The journalist, Peter de Vries, reported later in 2008 that he had documented van der Sloot recruiting Thai women in Bangkok for sex work in the Netherlands.

if you are on the beach with a girl and she suddenly goes unconscious, you don’t say Oh shit let’s find a place to bury the body;
you call an ambulance or call the cops.
I think he beat the first one to death on the beach, just like the second, and so had to hide the body cuz there was no way to explain away the injuries ...
I read he beat the second one so badly she was unrecognizable with one eye out ...

I think he, and his father, cruise casinos for young girls and then -— did you read? -— when things go wrong the judge father advises punky boy “If there is no body there is no case”. I also read that the father helped dispose of the first body.
Everyone for years kept saying Oh Natalie must have passed out, taken drugs, drunk too much ........

Well, I looked for the article(s) where I read about her missing an eye and can’t find it. I know it was early in the investigation when I read it. Oh well ... if I ever find it I’ll let you know.
