I took my daughter to the Bolton County Fair in Bolton, MA when she was four. They had Pigmy Pony Equestrian. She got so excited she literally couldn’t breath.

Seated on the right is 75 year old ‘Billy the Kid, Sorenson’, who finally has a horse his own size. ;-)
The horse’s markings look somewhat similar to certain cows.
Don’t ask me why, but I took one look at this guy and wondered if there was a going to be a market for Kentucky Fried Horse. (only jesting folks)

Be careful of local zoning laws. In my county, it is illegal to keep “farm animals” in residential neighborhoods. No fancy chickens, no pot bellied pigs, no tiny horses................
