I can't help but wonder how close we truly are to a new holocaust. I have been watching the media coverage on the NY Car Bomber and they clearly are in support of his actions. Not only that, but rather than talk about the true issue of islamic terrorism they use are enemies action's to demonize the very group who is trying to actually stop thier actions, and by that I mean the conservative right and the tea partiers.
To be against the government, or in thier minds Obama, is to be inherently evil. Even now there is a large portion of the population that even knowing it wasn't the right still believe somehow the right casued it. Conservatives are seen as holding back some new found world unity. Talk on major networks come dangerously close to demanding our voices be silenced, and silenced in a sort of dangerous way.
I'm sure the Jews just before WWII could sense this very same thing but they never thought things would happen as they did. I think we are in that same point in history, where upon in the drop of a dime, we will be depicted as the filthy rats in the WWII progaganda posters. While we are living the same as we did before (for now) the constitution has been discarded and there is little recourse.
I had an ominous feeling about this last night as I watched some of the media coverage, I felt like a Jew before WWII might have felt, however, we have the hindsight of history to make things more clear. Things could change very quickly, and I feel that are going to, a few truck bombs planted or simply carried out by nuts on the left (the NY bomber was a democrat you know) and then blamed on the right, the tea party, Sarah Palin's cross hairs and then to even have a conservative bumper sticker will incite violence again you by the left who hates us like the devil himself hates, I can feel it coming, can you?
No. Not a holocausst. The communists had other plans for their religious groups. Think "re-education camps". They want to take away your freedom. The Stalinist purges come later.
The leftist regime and the media would quite cheefully march Conservatives into the gas chambers if given the opportunity. They already villify, demonize and slander at will as well as applying markers identifying everyone that disagrees with them as Fascist and Racist.I’m sure a Horst Wessel event is coming.

It’s not exactly the way Jews were handled, but it is close. To say that we are like Jews before the holocaust I feel is kind of an insult to the Jews and went they went through under the thumb of Nazis.
My mother was a nurse at a Jewish home. I have met many actual concentration camp survivors, and listened to their heartfelt pleas: “Do not ever let them disarm you. Ever.” and things of that nature.
Comparisons can be drawn, but the Jewish holocaust is something that mustn’t be touched. It is the Jewish Holocaust and nothing else. Don’t let this fade from memory.
Back on topic : Yes - you are correct. In my prediction, it was an illness that would divide us. It was an illness that would make Americans overwhelming CALL FOR us to be arrested, and killed.
Here is how it works: “They” need to divide us and vilify us. So first they find the division: We saw it with H1N1. Here we found that Right-wing conservatives seemed to be more resistant to getting a vaccine. Good. That means that the next illness to come about (Whether real or false) will serve as the dividing line. Those who get vaccinated will GLADLY turn in those that don’t, in the efforts of not being infected.
Conservatives will be loaded onto trains at gun point. We will be lead to the countryside where we will be grouped in camps. Surprise, Surprise. In those camps we will all die.
The people will herald efforts of the tyrant. They will see it not as a political thing, but as a “sickness” thing. All the dissents will be eliminated under a guise.
Public schools and universities have functioned in that capacity for decades. The media are the fruit.

Actually, we did know what was coming. Many of us escaped Europe before it was too late, but a fair number, either by misfortune or lack of resources or living far off in eastern Europe somewhere didn’t get a chance to escape.
However, I’d enlarge your argument. “Conservative” is being conflated to mean “the white belief system.”
And I agree with you about your “feeling.” Intuition, or common sense, tells us that once you start demonizing people as subhuman monsters undermining your way of life and acting in secret cabals, the end result will be the death camps and genocide. I felt this many, many years ago, in the late 1980s, when a woman came to this Baha’i meeting I attended and told the crowd of children and adults that “whites” were “ice people” who had little emotion and caused war, while “blacks” were “sun people” who expressed their emotions and lived as a community. I actually wrote a letter of complaint to the Baha’i National Assembly writing, as you do here, that that kind of belief system leads eventually to a campaign of extermination.
Well. we’re a little closer to it today. I probably won’t see it. But continued to demonize people, call them “racists,” support affirmative action - which is actually bigotry and segregation based on race - and, eventually, it will emerge.
I guess, as a Jew, first I was persecuted as not being quite white enough; now I’ll be persecuted as being just one of the whites. Either way, I recognize what’s happening.
That’s why the media is forever gushing with stories about the eventual demographic of whites being a minority in the United States in 2050, or 2065, or whenever. That’s the point when real persecution can begin.
God, that’s gloomy. And I haven’t even had my cup of coffee this morning yet.
The thing is, my ancestors fled from Poland in the 1800s, now I am actively looking into the possibility of living there if the SHTF here. And if the situation in Israel ever deteriorates, Poland may once again become a haven for Jews, because unlike most of the rest of Europe, it has not allowed herself to become overrun with Turd-World immigrants, and Muslims.
