Interesting. How do you know all of this?
For one thing, I worked on his campaign for a while. I am one who went shopping with him...know the clothes purchased, how much they cost, etc. (along with another witness). Randall was reimbursed the same day we went shopping, for the exact amount of the clothing. You can check info on his FEC report as to how it was reported. Supposedly that was corrected about 2 weeks ago, but it was still on there the last time I looked. $661.59.
I'm one of the people he owes money to. My invoices are not on the report and they total about $24,000. Add that to the expenses he actually lists and you will get $75,000.
Although I had been gone from his campaign about 3 months, I was at a debate where his treasurer had the moonshine whiskey and he offered it to me and others, more than once.
I watched him campaign and unless there was a camera or microphone for him to use, he wasn't interested in attending functions.
You can check out his Facebook page right now and see where he's hocking a book...not once, but 5 times in one day. He was running for office and taking his book to events and selling them. People thought they were making a contribution to his campaign when they bought the book. Not so. It was for him personally. I told him he could not do that, so he quit. Now that he's been running for 9 1/2 months and has a couple of thousand follows, he's bringing the book out again. He's a career campaigner, uses the campaigns to sell his book, while he tells people he "quit his job to run for congress".
His moving around is open knowledge if you want to pay about $70 for the search.
Campaign managers (1) Melodye Aben - 1 1/2 months (2) Bill Warner 3 1/2 months (3) Paul Fitts - a couple of weeks (4) Cheryl 2-3 months and now he's on his 5th one. You can find the Treasurer's names on his FEC report.

An Open Letter to Bill Randall
Dear Bill,
At your debate with Bernie Reeves, when you were asked where you stood on tax reform and said, The Fair Tax, baby, and, second thing, get rid of the IRS.
Not replace the IRS. Abolish it.
That effective piece of political theatre evoked hurrahs and cheers but it wasnt quite true, was it? Because the Fair Tax (or 23% national sales tax) doesnt abolish the IRS. Instead, it replaces it with the Sales Tax Bureau and the Excise Tax Bureau and turns every business and state into a tax collector for the federal government. Every doctor would have to collect sales taxes on his services; if you buy a home you will have to pay a 23% sales tax to the federal government. All directed out of the Department of the Treasury in Washington.
These are questions you should have been asked at the debate but werent. So I am asking them now and hope you will answer. If you do I will publish your answers on Bernie Reeves website, on Talking About Politics and blogs across North Carolina.
Heres the first question: Why did you tell voters your Fair Tax plan would abolish the IRS?
To be continued
