Were Trading Places.
From his Fox News pulpit, Rev. Right (Glenn Beck) begs God to damn America for empowering Barack Hussein Obama.
Gal Sharpton (Sarah Palin) travels the country stoking the fears of white Americans telling them their country has been stolen by a mixed-race president.
Meanwhile, Nation of Idiots leader Rush Limbaugh inflames his underground radio audience, convincing his followers theres a brown-eyed devil inhabiting the White House.
Dan Aykroyd and Eddie Murphy the stars of the 1980s comedy smash Trading Places, which explored a racial and social experiment/wager between Wall Street tycoons might find humor, satisfaction and vindication in what is occurring across Americas political and social landscape.
I do not. Its disheartening. Its uncomfortable. Its dangerous.
Just 16 months into Americas first non-white-male presidency, and right-wing extremists already sound identical to the African-American extremists who have been mocked for blaming The Man for black peoples lagging economic and educational progress.
Beck, Palin and Limbaugh staked their positions early. Rev. Right declared that President Obama is racist against white people. Gal Sharpton claimed Obama pals around with terrorists and is anti-American. And the Nation of Idiots spokesman expressed his desire that the Obama administration fail.
These right-wing poverty pimps have discovered that Obamas ascension to the Oval Office has been every bit as lucrative as George W. Bushs re-election was for the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, the Rev. Al Sharpton and Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan.
Well, in fact, its been quite a bit more lucrative for Glenn Rev. Right Beck and Sarah Gal Sharpton Palin, the shiny new stars of the elitist, right-wing mainstream media.(continued)

Isn't that cute?
He also wants free health care...
Sorry, Jason, but the race card just doesn’t work like it used to. Why not see how Tawana Brawley is doing??!!
Sad.
We can quote the Rev. Wright exactly...word for word...verbatim...We don't have to use creative writing.
They have no morality and must equate their opposition with the same lack of values. Do we expect any better of these kinds of monsters?
Jason Whitlock, columnist for the Kansas City Star and FOXSports.com, is widely considered the most provocative, thought-provoking and entertaining sports columnist working today. The September 2007 issue of Vibe Magazine tabbed Whitlock as one of 40 people who will change the world. Presidential candidate Barack Obama was also on the list.”
Geez...another Olbermann...what’s with these halfwits that sees someone with some pseudo degree with a sports journalism background that can become one of 40 people who will change the world.
I had a black friend who was always looking for ways to “getcha”. If you were ever on elevator with him with other black folks, he would purposely exit the elevator early and as he left he would say to me “don’t you ever call a N——— again!” He thought that was just the funniest thing. I would always have to explain that he was just kidding (this happened a couple of times before I decided to be preemptive and depart with him).
This guy, Jason Whitlock, is doing the same thing, only he’s not trying to be funny.
The article is from the Kansas City Star.
I rest my case, your honor.
The same 3 Republicans cited would be just as vocally opposed to President Kerry, President Edwards, or President Clinton on these same matters.
It was called Hillarycare before it came back as Obamacare (almost briefly called Kennedycare).
Sell this race baiting bit of propaganda elsewhere
...with the hourly rate.
Any photos of ladies he doesn’t have to buy the company of?
No... the KC STAR has pretty much always been like this.
Strippers and whores. Has to pay a woman to pay attention to him, huh? Well, he is a tad bit on the plump side.
:]
Great point.
There's a "right-wing mainstream media"??
Who knew!
As if there weren't plenty of proof Jason Whitlock lives in some parallel universe populated by the specially "enlightened" Left, his reference to right-wing mainstream media should clinch it, since those who agree with him-- or else-- have undisputed ownership and control of the mainstream media.
That's how we got a president we were called racist if we dared ask anything other than what he wrote about himself in his autobiographies and has never had a real job in his life in the first place.
Jason is just doing his part as one of the Stepford Progressives.
