That is completely illegal.

I am seriously thinking about leaving California over this.

Are you saying that the commies running that state are ok up to now?

I remember my first visit to California many years ago. I traveled from Luke to Vandenberg. It was quite a beautiful trip (even at 3:00AM). I pulled out on rest-stop on the 101 north of LA and it was quite a wonderful place. No need to mention I spent many future visits to that vibrant state and loved every many of it. To see it just lose all of that due to inept governance is very sad.

You aren't the only one. I am a California native and I've been thinking about leaving for the last year. I'm giving one more election cycle to see if we can start turning this around, but I'm getting really sick of this.

You’re going to leave because of one moronic California Senator? (that’s a trick question, the California legislature is filled with morons...).

We’ll see what the people have to say about all this.

People dont seem to understand that. Not one bit.

You don’t just tear up a contract because you don’t like it. That ain’t the way it works.

But they got around saying they were tearing up contracts by calling it “bailouts”.

Fine.

Nobody is standing near me ready to bail my ass out if I borrow 200K and can’t pay it back.

The guy needs to be impeached for advocating a position that violates the law.

You're welcome here in AZ, however consider that if we lose this battle over 1070, we'll be financially ruined in very short order.

This isn't just about immigration, it's the very life of this state. We can't back down, the alternative is a bankrupted state overrun by mexican narco-syndicates.

"I am seriously thinking about leaving California over this."

I left CA for central AZ four years ago. It was a GREAT decision! I grew up in wonderful Northern CA (90 miles north of Sacramento) and can not see ever going back to any part of CA now.
