"Good news in Washington DC
April 14, 2010
Judge Lamberth has granted my request for judicial notice of the opinion in Fl, where judge Vinson has stated that as a Doctor of Dental surgery I have a legitimate interest in the subject matter of the Health Bill- this is a good sign.
Judge Lamberth has also denied Obamas motion to dismiss as moot."

Your problem with credibility is that while you sit in the basement smearing American patriots, you don't have the guts to get out there and fight for what you believe in. Instead, you sit in darkness and hurl accusations & insults. If Obama’s team was so brilliant, they would have shut her down completely long ago, especially after she was sanctioned. This just goes to show that all those ivy league degrees don't mean jack squat because they don't know how to properly prepare for constitutional interpretation. This is a case of constitutional 1st impression and Judge Lamberth just sent them packing with their traitorous tails tucked in submission, bwahahahahahahahahahahha

I'm actually sitting in my second floor den with lights on and the windows open and a gentle spring breeze coming through the window.

Shut her down? Orly Taitz has done more than any single individual to convince the world that Birthers are morons. Shut her down? Obama should fund her.
This just goes to show that all those ivy league degrees don't mean jack squat because they don't know how to properly prepare for constitutional interpretation.
And Orly does?

You may not like her approach an I even have questions a few of her moves, but she IS a true American Patriot and like her or not, her heart has always been in the right place. This country's freedom wasn't won by ivy league ideologues because they don't have the grit or the tenacity and this battle won't be won by them either.

her heart has always been in the right place. It's not where her heart is located so much as where her head has been stuck.

They have a better chance than Orly does.

What part of Judge Lamberth declaring “this case is NOT MOOT” don’t you understand?

What part of Judge Lamberth declaring this case is NOT MOOT dont you understand? The MTD by the AG lawyers was deemed moot because nutjob Orly filled a amended complaint (due to errors in her first motion) that the AG now has to respond to.
