Why Obama is ineligible – regardless of his birthplace

The following discussion assumes President Obama was born in Hawaii and is a United States citizen.

The purpose of this article is to highlight judicial and historical evidence suggesting that a "natural born citizen" must be born in the United States to parents who are citizens. By that definition, Obama is not eligible to be president. Therefore, his presidency and official administrative acts remain subject to being rendered void by the Supreme Court.

Unfortunately the law is what the Supremes deem it to be—period. I don’t see this Court allowing for a major constitutional crises—with huge racial overtones (and a potential for even civil breakdown and war—in every major city in the USA)—because of the natural born clause.

One could say the same thing about the upcoming decisions on the HCR travesty so we have a decision to make, either fight or get on our knees.

I’m talking about the facts I’ve presented on my blog. Janice Okubo said that certificate numbers were given by the state registrar on the “Date filed”. That is a fact. If what she said is correct, there is no way that the Factcheck COLB’s combination of “Date filed” and certificate number are compatible with the Nordyke certificates.

I didn’t give any facts on my blog about SS#’s. Let’s stick with the one I did mention: the certificate numbers.

Obama’s supposed COLB was given a number 3 days before the Nordykes’ were given numbers (which is absurd if they were born at the same hospital, since the hospital delivered all their BC’s to the state registrar’s office on the same day; since Obama was born on a Friday evening he missed that week’s BC delivery and should have been in the same batch as the Nordykes the following Friday). Yet his BC supposedly has a number later than theirs. What theory would explain that?

Seems to me that Obama’s people botched up because they thought that hospital BC’s trickled in one by one. But they didn’t. Even the administrative rules say that’s not how they were to be done.

Hard to say. I’m a little surprised that over a three-year span there weren’t a couple of Dunhams that they would have found. What I’m really wondering is if the baby was born to someone else and adopted by Stanley Ann when she arrived in Seattle. It would explain why she showed up at her friend’s house with a new, pink baby and didn’t know how to change its poopy diaper.

Very interesting. That may have just eliminated Obama’s one way of still claiming a US birth.

He had a birth certificate from somewhere, in order to go to kindergarten, get a driver’s license, get a passport, etc. If it was neither a Hawaii nor a Washington one, that leaves very little way of saying it was a US BC, since those were the only 2 states in the US where Ann spent time.

The hole for Obama gets dug deeper and deeper with every passing day.

Is there any way I could get an actual copy of what they sent you?

If it was a legal adoption I believe there would still be an index record with his adopted name. I couldn’t swear to that but I think that would be the case.
