The following discussion assumes President Obama was born in Hawaii and is a United States citizen.
The purpose of this article is to highlight judicial and historical evidence suggesting that a "natural born citizen" must be born in the United States to parents who are citizens. By that definition, Obama is not eligible to be president. Therefore, his presidency and official administrative acts remain subject to being rendered void by the Supreme Court.

I have been saying this all along. I can’t be president because my mother was a British subject when I was born...even though my father was a US citizen and I was born in NY.. If I can’t be president...neither can he.
You are simply incorrect in your assumptions and are ignoring very the valid and long standing reasons for why the general public can’t just wander up and demand the private records of other citizens.
As I said earlier on the thread, let’s not be stupid about this.
Google is in on the scrub too...big time. They started scrubbing about a year before Obama even announced his intention to run. I guess they had alot of practice working in China all of those years. Good prep work for filtering the information we get in America.

I can’t prove a thing, but it’s my belief that this was planned for quite a while ago. How else could such a *nobody* rise to such prominence (in their eyes, not mine) so quickly.

The Hawaii DOH has answered UIPA responses in such a way that we know Obama made a major administrative amendment to his birth certificate sometime between Aug 2006 and Jan 2007. He was charged a fee for the amendment, which means that it was not necessitated by hospital or secretarial error. Other responses the DOH has given (which I am purposely withholding in order to keep from revealing actionable information to Obama) narrow down the possible amendments he could have made.
If what is on the forged Factcheck COLB (as the DOH has indirectly confirmed in 2 different ways) is what Obama wants to appear on the final BC and/or what now appears on his BC, then the amendment he made has to be to the medical portion of the BC. If he was born in a hospital the hospital would be responsible for the content in the medical portion. Obama can’t have been born in a hospital.
And for him to have to change/add to the medical portion it means that neither he nor his mom was seen by a Hawaii doctor within the first 30 days after the birth, because that’s all it would have taken to complete his birth certificate.
It would be bad enough to find that Madelyn Dunham (for instance) was the person who testified to the Hawaii birth, since there’s no reason that Ann couldn’t have done it herself. But to find that Ann wasn’t even around in Hawaii to see a doctor for the first 30 days after the delivery makes a person wonder exactly where Ann WAS at the time.
With no real legislative track record he was able to present himself as whatever someone wanted him to be rather than having to deal with the attitudes that people had built up towards him over decade like McCain had to.
We’ve all observed and/or documented what these people are able to do. The suggestion that there is a thugocracy that is grabbing absolute power seems to be more a matter of fact than of theory.
And that totalitarian power over everything we have access to is really, really creepy. Regardless of what anybody thinks about Obama’s eligibility, that power - which seems to be in control of media, government bureaucrats, and law enforcement, as I’ve documented on my blog - should be reason enough for people to say we need to stop and check this out more closely.
Sorry, I'll take the preponderance of evidence be it circumstantial or unproven and go with the where theirs smoke theory you can keep you head in the sand.
I spend week after week analyzing this assholl and his minions. We uncover lie afte lie after lie,very little this guy says is ever true,yet you insist !
Sorry does not pass the smell test to me and IMHO that's a "stupid" argument.
From my standpoint I have read page after page of info and good documentation of varying degrees like butterdezillon has provided tonight and then heard the naysayers/trolls moan that it does not meet some super burden of proof.
Meanwhile, the Joker passes bill after bill, Presidential powers act after act and literally lies to everyone all the time yet we are held to a stratospheric standard of proof that very rapidly is becoming most unrealistic, IMHO.
Either the entire US legal system has broken down, law enforcement has failed, a massive number of people are in on the scam but all keep quiet and the entire world media is in the grip of nefarious interests..

Maybe, just maybe, you are reading too much into things.
Your argument rests on believing something is so because Hawaiian bureaucrats won't tell you specifically that it isn't so.
From this you seem to extrapolate that the reason there is -zero- supporting evidence for your presumptions is that the evidence is being perfectly suppressed

Stanley Ann moved to Indonesia. Why do you think she wouldn’t be willing to move to Kenya?? Logically, she didn’t go to Kenya to have a baby, but perhaps to visit an exotic location and meet the family of her new husband. We don’t know when she would have went and how long she stayed. Having the baby while abroad may not have been planned; just awkward timing.
Are you really comparing believing a live event seen by tens of thousands and broadcast around the world with believing that BHO amended his vital records because Hawaii didn't tell you specifically that there's not a receipt for him having done so?
You're going to figure this out in your own time.
My larger concern is that you may make choices based on your presumptions that could be detrimental to you. Like when you posted some time back that you were considering not paying your taxes over this. But, perhaps I misunderstood.
Nevertheless you seem sincere in your investigation. And I'd rather decent folks not make bad choices based on false information.
