Attorneys general from 13 states sued the federal government Tuesday, claiming the landmark health care overhaul bill is unconstitutional just seven minutes after President Barack Obama signed it into law.
The lawsuit was filed in Pensacola after the Democratic president signed the bill the House passed Sunday night.

Pelosi is as ugly as 100 miles of bad road, but that thing on the right looks like some sort of ghoul out of horror movie.
Who is that? What is that?
Agreed. The states cannot accept this unless they want to end up like CA - bankrupt and on the losing end of everything. They’ll have no choice but to launch all-out rebellion unless they want to be forced into bankruptcy by the FEDS. If they try to add cap and tax to that, for many states that rely heavily on oil and energy revenue, that will be the shot heard around the world - and the beginning of mass revolt. It’s already starting. Some here think the legislation that states are passing en masse regarding the 10th Amendment and the gun issues are just spitting in the wind. I do not. For them to even CONSIDER such legislation is HUGE!! They do not do so lightly, I think. At least most of them.
An ironic number, no? :-)
Almost like destiny.
Reconcilliation was unconstitutional. Dumb the bill and prevent this fraud in the future.
I’m with you!! I get tired of all the “Federal laws trump state ones” garbage here. NO, they DO NOT!! Not if they are not in an area the FEDS have jurisdiction over - and Health Care does not meet that qualification!!
The People's collective anger over this thing will explode long before that.
The taxes and regulations begin immediately, but the benefits don't start until 2013. The social order will collapse under the weight of that tyrannical situation in less than two years.
There are more than 13 “colonies” this time around. Hope this number goes up further.
New Mexico has some interesting things in its Constitution:

See particularly Art II, Secs 4 & 6.
I am so sorry to say that I agree with you.
“HOW do we get rid of Larson, DeLauro, Murphy, Courtney and Himes??? Oh, and Blumenthal?”
Post this picture once aweek in the Courant, New Londan Day, New britain Herald and the New Haven register with the title:
“WE STUPAKED THEM!”
>They better know what they are doing and stick to their guns.
With record numbers of gun [and ammo] sales since Obama stepped onto the national scene, I’d say that’s what the PEOPLE are doing. :D
I do believe Bev Perdue is the dumbest Governor in the U.S. Pat McCrory would have beat her in any other year except 2008. Good news, I do believe we’ll take back the General Assembly this year.
Mark Levin just said 14 states have filed suit -—
Our own Attorney General, Rob McKenna, rules!
“Thirteen states. A good start.
Yea, remember what happened the last time 13 States got their hair up.”
Very very good! I really like that one and it is so true!
nobama is a fool...a marxist fool. hahahahahahahahahahaha!
Have their been State AG lawsuits that have successfully sued the Federal Government and got them to change legislation?
Maybe it’s a hint...time to raise the liberty poles and gather under the liberty trees....
Making me go back and read more AmRev stuff...Time maybe to check out Samuel Adams and the other writers who inspired the Sons of Liberty....
Lisa Madigan? Let’s not hold our breath listening to those crickets.
Besides, Guv Quinn came out today saying how happy we all are with Obamacare...I don’t know how far he polled in the state to come up with that. I know one thing, it wasn’t down here in the part of Southern IL that could well be considered “northern KY”.
