The fact that his father was a British Citizen alone proves Obama was not a natural born citizen. The entire premise of the natural born citizen clause was to make sure someone didn’t have dual allegiance.

Now ask yourself one question: Does Obama have sole allegience to the USA? His actions are exactly what our fore-fathers warned us about and tried to put a mechanism in place to prevent this from happening.

What is the big problem with forcing him to produce the credentials? We just need enough states to pass laws that require the production of the credentials in order to qualify for the electoral votes. This alone will make Obama a 1 term president.

If he is a fraud and we need to find out one way or another the bigger implication is how do we handle all the people connected to this?

No, its time to take the Constitution seriously and force a judge to do his duty. Obama came to office ignoring the Constitution, fully knowing that having a alien father disqualified him. The Republicans were compliant because McCain too was ineligible. There is no allowance in the Constitution for simply ignoring provisions. Read Mark Levin's Liberty and Tyranny, chapter 4. “To say that the Constitution is a ‘living and breathing document’ is to give license to arbitrary and lawless activism.” I won't quote James Madison's quotation used by Mark on page 37, but will ask when Mark understands the issue whether he might prefer to bill for the enormous amount of legal work which could come from fighting every injury caused by Obama's unconstitutional acts. Of course they are 'unconstitutional', but so is Obama!

There has never been another definition of natural born citizen in supreme court proceedings than that repeated by Chief Justices Marshall and Waite, citing Vattel, “born in the country of citizen parents.” When will the non-trolls understand and communicate to others that Obama is patently ineligible? It was part of his audacity that he told us up front about his British/Kenyan father; the first minority president knew no one in the legislature would challenge him - but they ALL knew. Every senator signed Senate Res. 511 in 2008 smoothing the path for McCain by all saying they thought we should turn the other way because his allegiance; the allegiance of a prisoner of war, should not be questioned. They all signed the resolution, including Obama, declaring McCain a natural born citizen because both of his parents were citizens, even though he was born off of our soil. That is the audacity of a con man, to generously forgive another man's qualification problem on very provision he himself fails.

An agreement among gentlemen or crooks does not amend the Constitution. Our leaders have acted as if there has been an amendment to Article II Section I. Now we must all pay because we ignored the very provision designed to ferret someone who, because one of both of his parents didn't, doesn't respect our Constitution. This one told us “it doesn't let me do things I think need to be done.”

He is ineligible. We must demand that our Constitution be respected, even if the Levins and Becks haven't the courage, since Obama will clearly stop at nothing to turn us into a socialist paradise like Cuba or Venezuela.
