I’m not a big Hannity fan, I have to admit...the football thing is petty, I know, but I don’t think this guy has ever done anything athletic in his life. Having said that, I think I would need a lot more than this gal’s rant to throw him out on his head..she LIES for vengeance and I don’t think she is quite right in the head...just my opinion.
Hannity has some ‘splainin’ to do.
Sean best answer this one and show how much money was raised and where it was spent.
SH is always saying how he took Jet blue to this place and that. If he is expensing Gulfstream trips under cover of a charity then shame on him. He had better nip this in the bud or it will not go away.
This is not good if true. I like Sean too. He hangs around too many stinking RINOs like Newt & McCain.
I guess I would like to see the balance sheet, know more about how the wounded apply for and are granted the funds. Possibly there is an account holding funds for scholarships and grants. I don’t know anything about this charity, so am just trying to give Sean some benefit of the doubt. Possibly the wounded “ask” for money in a limited increment based on a specific need they have. Just suggesting there may be some explanations.

You guys better stop biting the heads off of people that are on the Conservative side. Man oh man.... you’re not going to agree with 100% of what anyone says as that is a fact of life. Gosh, as Ben Franklin said “We need to hang together or we will surely hang alone”. Sound like a bunch of three year old kids that did not get their ice cream. Researching a little online. Looks like there are a lot of charities out there who give only pennies on the dollar. So, if this is even true, it’s not that unusual. I can’t imagine what some of the costs are when putting together concerts. Stadium costs, travel expenses, food, safety, insurances and so forth.
And then, there are the 2008 Freedom Alliance tax forms, which were signed in November 2009 and filed only recently. That year, Freedom Alliance took in $8,781,431 in revenue and gave $1,060,275.57 total–or just 12%–to seriously wounded soldiers and for scholarships to kids of the fallen. Remember, this is well below the 75% required to be considered a legitimate charity. And after claiming in written letters to donors that 100% of the money donated, via the Freedom Concerts or otherwise, to the scholarships would go directly to the scholarships and not to expenses, the Freedom Alliance decided to do the contrary and charge expenses anyway–charging a whopping $436,386 to give out $802, 250 in scholarships. That means that 35% of the $1,238,636–all of which was supposed to go to scholarships for these kids of the fallen–went to Freedom Alliance.
This is a left wing group allied with Chicago and ACORN!!!!!!

2008 income from investments > 1.4 million
They pay out about the amount the get off their investments! The donations don’t even get to the troops anymore!

Man, this looks bad, really bad, if true.
Giving $100 to a family member (or even a stranger) in need is far more effective than giving $1000 to some United Way or Cancer group. When you give to those organizations, 90% or more goes towards "administrative overhead" (i.e. perks and such for the "volunteers") with only a trickle actually going to help those in need.
