My “birther” comment is that he chose to run for the office so the onus is on him to prove that he’s eligible. The onus isn’t on Orly Taitz or anyone else to prove he’s not, especially since the only source of the proof is the document that Hawaii won’t release.
Until I see an authentic long-form birth certificate with a doctor’s name and the hospital info I won’t consider him my president. He’s just a guy that lives in that house.

Barry Soetoro lived in Jakarta, Indonesia from 1967-71, right after the bloodiest civil war in Indonesian history, which took place from 1965-67. The Indonesian Communist Party, the PKI, had millions killed during that civil war.
General Sukarno’s party had sent Lolo to Hawaii to get a graduate degree, where he met Ann Dunham. Dunham knew that she and Lolo were protected by powerful political forces until something happened when Barry was about 10 years old. Something that would make NGOs working in the area that Barry would have to be removed immediately because his life was in jeopardy.
Facts:
1) Lolo Soetoro, a Colonel in the Indonesia Army under General Sukarno, adopted Barack Hussein Obama II.
2) Barry Soetoro, with his new dad and mom, moved to Indonesia to be a part of a Indonesian family living, working and receiving an education with the all rights and privileges a military officer and his family expected under the dictatorship of General Sukarno.
3) Since Barry was living in Indonesia and planned to live there permanently, he applied to the US Embassy for a Certificate of Loss of Nationality (CLN). Contrary to popular belief, if any American moves out of the country and sets up a household with a military officer of a foreign dictatorship, the US SoS doesn’t make it difficult to renounce your US Citizenship. Proof of Barry’s Indonesian citizenship is in his 2nd grade school record.
4) Barry was identified as an orphaned or abandoned refugee and provided expedited travel papers and transportation back to his American grandparents in 1971-72. Barry’s refugee status explains his Connecticut SSN. An American Refugee Organization (ARO) from Connecticut working with the US DoS arranged for Barry to receive his SSN card through their mailing address as an legal alien.
Yes, Barry is a legal alien and Indonesian National.
5) Someone financed a trip for Barack Obama, SR. to come back to Hawai’i and appear in Hawai’i District Court to complain Barry was adopted without his consent. After the Court voided the Soetoro adoption, the Court ordered a new vital record to be created and “filed” by the Hawai’i DoH stating the facts we know as the online FTS COLB. The Court did not see fit to name a doctor, hospital or administrator. All other information was Court Ordered, i.e. father’s race as African was from a culturally sensitive Judge and not a CDC recommended classification of race.
6) Barry Soetoro became persona non grata. Legally speaking, BHO II is technically correct when he says he has never been Barry Soetoro. But his nationality, regardless of the name change, is Indonesian.
7) His CLN is on file with the DoS, DHS, IRS and FBI.

It's much more than that though. Even if he were born in HI, a determination would need to be made that someone born a subject to a foreign crown (in Barry's case, that would be Great Britain), could in fact be considered a Natural Born Citizen of the U.S.

So, let me get this straight... they had camera in Indonesia at birthday parties but the Stanley Anne, her parents, her friends, family, none of them had cameras to take pictures of their newborn first son, grandchild. mmmhmmmm rigggggghhhtttt.
I believe the point of those who follow the NBC path as defined by Vattel’s “Laws of Nations” (in which much of the legal definitions in the Constitution were based), it doesn’t matter what is in the Birth Certificate. To be a Natural Born Citizen, he has to be born to two citizen parents so he doesn’t have dual national loyalties.
With this route, all the fuss about the BC is unnecessary- there just needs to be a high enough ruling to officially define O’s NBC status in this case.
This path doesn’t need any of the weird conspiracies, contrived document experts, or fraudsters searching around Kenya for a BC- it just needs a court with jurisdiction to rule on the matter.
There are actually closer to an average of 1-2 requests per week for anything directly related to Obama, according to the DOH’s response to a request for all the UIPA requests made in an 18-month period.
And money is obviously their concern - since they refuse to use e-mail to answer requests for index data and instead insist on the copying costs and processing time required by snail-mail. /sarc
You are correct about the “repeat offenders”. And the DOH has deleted from the communications history my e-mails which show that I was requesting something required by law to be released that they refused to give me even while saying they had already given me it.

The Constitutional issue needs to be resolved, no doubt about that.
But without a valid BC we can’t even conclusively say that BHO Sr was ever legally claimed to be his dad. We have to have a BC before anything can happen.
And the actual facts surrounding Obama’s Hawaii birth records show that crimes have been committed by both Obama and Hawaii government officials. There is no “made-up conspiracy”. There IS actual documented crime. Regardless of what happens with Obama himself or with the Constitutional issue, the law enforcement aspect of this is vital to be addressed - especially since both the media and law enforcement were absolutely complicit in covering up these crimes.
