"When I voted against the cap and trade bill, the phone rang and it was the chief of staff to the president of the United States of America, Rahm Emanuel, and he started swearing at me in terms and words that I hadn't heard since that crossing the line ceremony on the USS New Jersey in 1983," Massa said. "And I gave it right back to him, in terms and words that I know are physically impossible."

Rush is playing the soundbites from over the weekend, and Massa is one angry Freshman Democrat and it is clear he has no use for Rahm.
I may have to hit Costco for an extra case of popcorn...
He’s concerned about the ethics investigation, I guess.
If he would have only had the foresight to have a page or assitant running a male escort service out of his townhouse like Barney Frank I am sure the Dems would have further supported him.....< /S >

Especially if it is to announce he has rescinded and will now not only definitely vote against the bill, but will act as volunteer whip to help the Repubs convert Blue Dog Dems to vote against in en bloc. It’s Roadhouse time, if you know what I mean.
I think GlennBeck mentioned this morning that Massa may have done a party switch a few years back...? Not 100% on that but I think that’s what he said.
Well- even IF there are ethics issues about sexual “allegations” ...why the hell can’t he stay long enough to vote? It’s odd. He sounds really passionate about this nightmare of a health care bill- so how bad could a couple of more weeks be?
Hard to know what to think..
