The Obama administration is already being flaky about where to try confessed 9/11 terrorist mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. Will Obama's Justice Department, headed up by Attorney General Eric Holder, fold and not follow through with the treason charge made in 2006 by the Bush Justice Department? What about an interrogation of Gadahn?

A tidbit of history....it was near the intersection of 44th and Vanderbilt in New York city where our national hero, Capt. Nathan Hale, was hanged for treason.
Hale was executed on 9/22/76.
Eerie near-similarity in date 234 years ago.
