3 more states, South Carolina, New Hampshire and Indiana have joined Arizona in proposing bills requiring proof of Article II Eligibility for POTUS. Does this mean this is no longer a crazy, fringe conspiracy theory movement?

New Hampshire’s House bill 1245, mandates that “the names of the candidates shall not appear on the ballot unless the secretary of state has received certified copies of the birth certificates of the candidates.”

Arizona House bill 2441, titled: presidential candidates; proof of qualifications

To amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to require the principal campaign committee of a candidate for election to the office of President to include with the committee’s statement of organization a copy of the candidate’s birth certificate, together with such other documentation as may be necessary to establish that the candidate meets the qualifications for eligibility to the Office of President under the Constitution…

Ha, ha, I agree! My brother and sister-in-law recently attained their goal to visit 50 states. We told them they only have 7 more to go!

I’m not convinced of the birther stuff but there’s no good reason not to support something like this. If done right, there’s nothing proactive about this on the state’s part, everything would be on the candidate, so it can’t be argued (sanely) that this would be a waste of a state’s resources.
South Carolina has a law requiring people who seek the overthrow of the government to register with the state. If they don’t pass this, no one will.
If that's the case, it's a pretty good consolation prize. It will destroy Obama and his make believe persona. A lie that the media could not keep him from his own destruction. Say hello to President Marshall son of a known pervert and all around communist. ;-)

America’s had some slippery characters in the White House, but this one is different. He’s a usurper. A stranger. He doesn’t belong. He is on obamination of desolation. America has been set apart as a nation - spiritually and geographically - from her conception; she is not supposed to be like the other nations.
America is under a spiritual attack of the highest magnitude.

It’s a little late for these states to be jumping on a bandwagon at this point. They should have done this prior to the ‘08 elections.

I think it more likely that elements of the Nation of Islam, and the rest of the radicals are setting him up themselves.

Actually people need to listen more closely, what Obama said is that he had visited 57 states and had one more to go to but he wouldn’t be going to Alaska and Hawaii. Total it up and he seems to think we have 60 states.
