Maybe this is a good thing for the Repubs, if so many people get so bored so fast and change the channel then Os well planned pr dog and pony horse show will be an utter failure.
You’re right. Besides, at least 496,000 newly unemployed will be heading to the Unemployment Office.

"Senator Reid has always and continues to support the public option as a way to drive down costs and create competition," said Reid aide Rodell Mollineau in a statement provided to the Huffington Post. "That is why he included the measure in his original health care proposal. If a decision is made to use reconciliation to advance health care, Senator Reid will work with the White House, the House, and members of his caucus in an effort to craft a public option that can overcome procedural obstacles and secure enough votes."2/18/10

So far I am not impressed with who is representing the Reps. Their emphasis on bipartisanship is just waving a white flag.

Harry Reid cannot tell the difference between a fact and a lie. That's all this is, a big lie-fest by the Rats. How do you defend against people who do nothing but lie.
To: paulycy
I officially announce I was wrong. GO LAMAR! Kicking his marxist butt around the countryside. Though he's not as conservative as we would like, Lamar Alexander was an excellent choice for this role.
He is a very bright guy and has a very long list of impressive legal and political background.
This is a guy who KNOWS about executive leadership, having served as governor of TN and Sec. of Education before going into the Senate.

I know. I am watching it (for as long as I can take it, which is not much longer I am afraid). BORING nothing new and a waste of time and energy.

Is it me or is Harry Reid coming off as a scared little man? Perhaps a little bitter?Harry is a sad, scared, angry little man.
How is it possible that 1) Republicans have not put any ideas forward AND 2) Republicans have had enormous input already?
Harry has gone back to the same kind of "Bush is an incompetent, moronic, evil genuis."

Are those "artistic aspirations" like the ACORN people were talking about on the videos? You know, like prostitution rings?
I'll bet that's what Nancy was talking about. :)

No, the Repubs need to stay and watch the Dems implode. We’re not even an hour into this “conversation” and the Dems are running out of things to say. The Repubs need to hold their ground.
To: mrs9x
He said this week that we are crybabies about reconciliation then he just said we’ve used it 19 times. What kind of veiled threat is that!
