Statement from Braintree Police Chief Paul Frazier on Amy Bishop
Boston Globe ^ | February 13, 2010 | Paul Frazier

Posted on 02/13/2010 3:37:32 PM PST by reaganaut1

...

The suspect in the Huntsville shooting, Amy Bishop had been involved in a shooting incident in Braintree, Massachusetts in December of 1986. I located the Day Log from December of 1986 and found that the incident had occurred on December 6th. After finding the report number I looked in our archived files for the report. I was unable to locate the report.

Officer Ronald Solimini informed me that he wrote the report and said that I wouldn’t find it as it has been missing from the files for over 20 years. He said that former Police Chief Edward Flynn had looked for the report and that it was missing. He believes this was in 1988.

Officer Solimini recalled the incident as follows: He said he remembers that Ms. Bishop fired a round from a pump action shotgun into the wall of her bedroom. She had a fight with her brother and shot him, which caused his death. She fired a third round from the shotgun into the ceiling as she exited the home. She fled down the street with the shotgun in her hand. At one point she allegedly pointed the shotgun at a motor vehicle in an attempt to get the driver to stop. Officer Solimini found her behind a business on Washington Street. Officer Timothy Murphy was able to take control of the suspect at gunpoint and seized the shotgun. Ms. Bishop was subsequently handcuffed and transported to the police station under arrest.

Officer Solimini informed me that before the booking process was completed Ms. Bishop was released from custody without being charged.

I (Chief Frazier) spoke with the retired Deputy Chief who was then a Lieutenant and was responsible for booking Ms. Bishop.

The death of Bishop's brother looks like no accident.

There surely is a Coroners report unless it has also disappeared......I can’t even imagine that brothers body went anywhere but straight to the Coroner from the home

Good grief. Earlier today I read that she had shot him by accident when he was trying to show her how to load a shotgun, then that she had accidentally fired a couple of rounds into the ceiling before accidentally shooting him (in the presence of her mother), and now this.

Delahunt, who was apparently the DA at the time, let her off. How politically connected is this woman, anyway, and why?

I haven’t heard if her mother is still alive. I’m pretty sure the people here in AL won’t let her off easy for the murders that took place yesterday. I’ve been out and about today so haven’t heard how the two critical victims are today. Very sad.

I don’t know how politically connected she is, but according to one of her former students who rated her at “RateMyProfessor” she admits to being a socialist.

Harvard PhD. Socialist. Murderer. Lovely. Just lovely.

I'm here in Huntsville. WAFF-TV reported at 5 p.m. that the 2 critically injured are still critical.

Thanks, I hadn’t heard anything since the 11 a.m. press conference.

It looks like a conspiracy to cover up the history of a professor who is a Harvard graduate. Hmm, where have I heard this before, hmmmmm.

So let's see:

Hours ago the story was, mommy was asked how to unload a shotgun and it went off
Now we hear she knew enough to put in one in wall, one in ceiling. And one in brother. [That ceiling shot is the self defense shot, for the self defense argument, in case you get in trouble BTW].
And she runs down the street, flees the scene.
And threatens motorist, is found hiding from a murder.

And within hours, released without charges let alone enough time to investigate. She's in her 20's; therefore no real political clout or connects to effect such preferential treatment.

And mommy's into politics. IF this is investigated which MSM will never do because she is a Hahvard socialist and a Rat seat is in play...you can bet political clout was used to extricate the Braintree socialist from this mess.

How politically connected is this woman, anyway, and why?

It would have been her mother's political (Chief of Police) connections, and I would speculate that it involved either greed (follow the money), or lust (who was the mother having an affair with).

Maybe someone was impressed with her (ahem) 'oral arguments'?

This business really needs a full review. The police statement confirms earlier stories giving some of this information.

It looks like the mother and the Chief of Police colluded in covering up a murder. They let a murderer loose, and now she has murdered three more people, and wounded still more.

I believe this makes the former police chief and the mother accessories after the fact in a murder. A very serious crime.

I believe one of the earlier stories said that the mother was on the town personnel committee, or some such thing. Perhaps she had some influence in hirings, firings, and pay of people working for the town. That is speculative.

"Officer Ronald Solimini informed me that he wrote the report and said that I wouldn’t find it as it has been missing from the files for over 20 years."

Lifestyles of the wealthy, privileged romanticists around universities. Judicial folks, being of the same ilk, are sometimes their partners in crime. I saw the missing report trick used in other cases.

Rep William Delahunt D-MA (who is already vulnerable) was the DA at the time. He dropped case. Hmmm.

Let me get this straight.

Her brother died of a shot gun wound, at the same time she was running down the street with said shot gun. And she was not charged.

WTF?

We need to have a seven day waiting period and background check for all college professors.

So let me get this straight: three rounds from a pump action shotgun, one of them killing her brother, then she runs down the street with the gun and attempts a carjacking. She is subequently apprehended at gunpoint hiding behind a building, and they called all of this an accident?

Something’s really not right here.

NOW we know why the lib media is ignoring this. I think you can say the same thing about the media at the time ignoring the killing of her brother. The only way Delahunt drops this case is because he knew there would be no media poking around asking questions.

I predict the SRM is going to neurolize this story so fast you're going to think your head's been put in a washing machine.
