Tim Tebow the Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback who will appear in a pro-life ad during the Super Bowl will attend the National Prayer Breakfast on Thursday, his agent tells POLITICO.
Asked if Tebow will speak at the breakfast, his agent, Susan Vanderlinde, said, Yes, I believe he is.
President Obama and several lawmakers plan to attend the breakfast.
Tebow, who just finished his last football season at the University of Florida, has crossed over from sports to politics and religion: He will appear in an ad paid for by the conservative Christian group, Focus on the Family, during the Super Bowl.
In the ad, Tebow is expected to tell the story about how his mother refused to have an abortion, even after doctors urged her to do so when she became sick following a mission trip to the Philippines.
Tebow who won the Heisman Trophy in 2007 and led his team to two BCS championships has been known to write biblical passages in his eye paint before games.

Hey, Mullins and Parnes: get a grip !!! Can't you just see the green fire emitting from their flared nostrils ?? LOL ... lunatic libs.
Zero attending a prayer breakfast? Is he expecting the attendees to pray to him?!
No. he's going to get them on their knees and show them how to aim their butts at the western horizon.
I am teary-eyed reading this.
God Bless Tim Tebow, his family and pro-life people everywhere!
Just received this today.
If you don’t like Tebow....you will after you look at this...
Make sure you watch the video at the bottom of the article.

Awesome....we haven’t seen this kind of courage in the world
of sports in a VERY long time. I think when Pat Tillman gave
up his career to go to Iraq to give his life for his country
was the last time I can remember!
God bless these heroes!
STARWISE: Thanks for the Post
That was wonderful. Thank you posting that link. I just love missionary kids!
Thank you for reminding me of our patriot, Pat Tillman. We were surely blessed by him and I think we’re blessed again by Tim Tebow. I pray that Tim, by example, will lead others to also speak out for life.
On Obama attending prayer breakfast....The Obama`s released their taxes, they do not give a single penny to a single Christian charity.
Obama supports abortion, he wants prayer out of schools, any mention of God/Christ out of the public square, he drinks, he smokes, he makes fun of the handicapped, he bears false witness every day on countless people, he does not attend a Christian Church other than the odd trip to Camp David.
And as I stated earlier, has no desire for the saving Gospel of Jesus Christ to be spread at all, as he does not give a dime to a single Christian charity.
So ya, here is a guy that needs to get to a prayer breakfast and fast. What a phony bologny he is.
So GOOD to know you’re here.
Miss talking with ya.
“they do not give a single penny to a single Christian charity”.
Do you really expect a Muzzie to donate to Christian Charities; or for that matter anything Christian?
God I’m so tired of hearing this.
Amen!
There are plenty of other threads.
Maybe I had a ‘feeling’ you were here.
Happy, happy, to see you, regardless!!!
I know I know, he’s a good guy. Its just ad nauseum.
Yes, he’s a GOOD guy and the prayer breakfast *is* tomorrow, so it’s news.
