If Brady hangs on. Its in recount territory.
The funny thing is that in 2006, when he was an also-ran, he received almost as many votes (18%).
When Koch ran against Cuomo and a bunch of others in the Dem primary for Mayor of NYC, I recall he won with only 20%. That didn't stop him from political success.

National Review states unequivocally that Dold is a solid conservative. NR is not exactly cutting-edge, up to speed on a lot of things. They have some good writers but the knowledge of local politicians is very weak, the exceptions being individual writers like John Hood on his home state of North Carolina.
