Following the Democrats' stunning defeat in the Senate special election in Massachusetts yesterday, House Democrats are scrambling to figure out another way to force a costly government takeover of health care on the American people. The top House Democratic leaders seem comfortable with attempting to pass the Senate health care takeover bill in the House. However, numerous House Democratic members are already on the record saying the Senate bill is a nonstarter. Will they flip-flop now and bow to their leaders, who are intent on defying the will of the American people? Here's a sampling of what some House Democratic rank-and-file members said about the Senate bill prior to last night's developments in Massachusetts:

Mark my words right now: if they pass health care “reform” in its current form (which amounts to a big income redistribution scheme from the upper middle class to low income people), there’s going to be an epic massacre of democrats in November. My previous estimate of the GOP gaining 50 seats in the House will be too low if health care passes—I’ll have to bump that up to 70 seats. The GOP might even be able to gain a majority in the senate. Harry Reid will be toast in Nevada. Speaker Boehner...I like that title...has a certain positive ring to it!
Behold the Jim Jones cult in the US Congress; they’re drinking Zero’s Kool-aid. Bye bye suckers!
He doesn't get it, his narcissism stands in the way of any cognitive thinking on his part.
The democrats are making a huge political mistake by pushing health care reform so hard at this time. Its risky economically to hit business people with new taxes and mandates from Washington while were just barely beginning to emerge from this recession. And the voters feel like theyre getting hit with a few left jabs from the democrat party while theyre on the ropes economically. The voters strongly dislike getting punched by democrat politicians while theyre already worried about their economic future. This push for health care reform by Obama, Pelosi, and Reid could go down in history as one of the biggest political mistakes of all time. Its terrible timing economically; they would have been much better off politically if they had put economic recovery first and waited until the economy recovered fairly strongly before trying to ram their liberal agenda through congress. But they were so eager to enact health care reform, cap and tax, and other left-wing BS while they had their big majorities in congress and now that eagerness and lack of concern for the voters is going to cost them big time in the mid-term election.
Go ahead you lefty parasites. Force Health Care demographic warfare on America, and we will have your balls for bookends!
GET THE MESSAGE?
Want Jail? We can arrange it.
Given that the House passed its version of Deathcare by just 219 votes, I doubt if they even have those votes to pass their own bill again let alone the Senate bill.
In addition, you have at least 13 states threatening lawsuits over the constituionality of the senate bill AND you have a growing number of states invoking the 10th Amendment over the deathcare bills.
Oh....and the election last night.
What has a better ring to it:
Kamikaze Democrats or Suicide Bomber Democrats?
Wood shed, the new name for the voting booth -
where we go to punish these bad little boys
and girls who don't do as they are told.
Democrat Terrorists
Can someone please explain your opinion on the logic the Dummies are using right now because I can’t think of an explanation that makes sense.
They must know that going ahead with this is going to cost them big at the ballot box in November. NJ, VA, now MA are examples of the revolt against them.
I realize they are drunk with power right now but enough to then lose it in 10 months?
They defy logic and reason
Notice my tag line?
You B*****DS are going to get health care one way or another- Madame Pelosi!
They know that once they get their foot in the door of health care, short-term losses will be meaningless in the long term, as the only debate in the future will become how much or how little to increase government health care funding.
Hold on, hold on ...
Let me get my popcorn
