Father we pray for our friend Jeff. May he find your perfect peace as he continues to trust you with his life. Give the surgeons and medical personnel wisdom and perfect skill in treating him. Please keep him close to your heart as his body responds to treatments and to surgery. Help us to love him as our brother and give support and strength to wife Gail and their large and loving family. In the name of our Savior and Creator. Amen.
Prayers for your sustenance during this difficult period and for your family. I have NO doubt that you will, in time, be completely whole.
Serious looking surgery for sure, Jeff, but thank God, it looks “doable”. I will be praying that the fine doctor will find less of a problem than he originally thought once he gets into the area during surgery. Our Lord has a way of surprising us when our faith grows weaker. In my mind, I will continue to see the area in your “frame” as a disease-free supporting “structure” for your body. Thank you Lord for hearing our prayers. Jesus is the Name above all names. In that name we pray. Hear our prayers.
Thanks for the update, Jeff. Sounds like you are in good hands. We are thinking of you every day.
al, your father’s reluctance to share the seriousness of his illness with you appears to be hurtful to you. Be comforted that his was a typical reaction of parents with their children. If you have children, you know that you always want to shield them from anything bad. Your Dad thought he was sparing you having to worry about his illness. The terminally ill often withdraw from those they love the most because it hurts too much to think of the separation that is coming. My son tried to shut me out during his last days. Thankfully, I knew what he was doing. If I had not, it would have been heartbreaking.
God Bless you Jeff. Continuing prayers for a complete recovery.
Until He Come.

Thank you for keeping us informed! Prayers continue...
Would this situation be too hard for the God who made the universe? The one who formed the body from the earth? The one who raised Jesus from death? I don’t think so!
There was once a rich man who owned a factory. One of his expensive pieces of equipment was not working properly, and so he called the company to send out someone to fix it. Soon a shabby looking man arrived to do the job. The owner was not impressed with the man who was sent. And so he soon put in a new call to the company, to complain. “Why didn’t you send someone better than this?” the owner complained. The representative on the phone said, “there is no one better. This is the man who designed the equipment!”.
The designer is the best one to fix any problems.
Jeff you are still in our hearts and prayers here in the PacNoWest.
My prayers are for you.
Prayers on the way.
May God work through Dr. Rhines and his medical team to provide the exact procedures and treatments needed to bring about the successful results we all so desire for you, and for which we are so fervently praying, Jeff.
God strengthen, and be with you, and bless your body to respond exactly as needed to restore your health.
God keep you all close within His loving, merciful providential care and provide your every need.
Keeping y’all close in prayer through Christ, our Saviour.
Of course it was painful ... and you nailed the reason right on the head.
But let's keep this thread about Jeff. :o)

You are in the right place, at the right time, and with the right doctors. We praise the Lord for that.
He still has you in His hand, Jeff. Nothing can change that.
Continued prayers my friend. We know that we serve a mighty and powerful God. Your courage in the face of adversity is an inspiration. God bless.
Thank you so much for sharing with us, it helps everyone!
