Quite honestly, she probably gets the crap for free or a cut rate. Designers do that for celebrities. And the stuff she wears is UGLY! She may need the bling fashion to make herself feel special. But it's still ugly.

Just your run-of-the-mill Communist Dictator and Wife. After the Ceausescus were excecuted in Roumania, Elena’s closets were found stuffed with furs, gowns, and hundreds of pairs of expensive shoes. Also, perhaps Queen Caldonia has to have hers custom made for size.
