Imelda Marcos had a slew of expensive classy, top of the line shoes. The first wookie owns $1000 tennis shoes.... and 700 dollar boob belts which are hideous... unless of course... you be livin in da hood, or in the neither world of the MSM...in which case she is a fashion icon. roflmao. Our country has gone completely insane.
,”Remember the campaign, when she wore clothes from WalMart and Target?”
I don’t remember her wearing clothes from Wal-Mart or Target during the campaign, although it’s possible it escaped my notice. What I do remember (from the campaign), was her being dressed more elegantly (in most cases), with her clothing being strongly copied off of Jackie Kennedy’s clothing. I also remember that Godzilla-looking-beotch being endlessly compared to Jackie-O. All that seemed to fall by the wayside after the election. I guess because Zero was tired of playing “John Kennedy” and wanted to play “Abraham Lincoln”. I guess ol’ Michelle couldn’t see herself dressing like Mary Todd Lincoln so now she does what she wants and we see the results.
I bought one pair of shoes for myself that cost over $100 a few years ago & I felt guilty as heck.
I actually have about 6 pairs that I really wear, all bought under $50 and almost all bought on sale.
Guess I was never much of an expensive shoe person.
I also don’t care for expensive jewelry. I never got my ears pierced and I hate the feeling of things on my fingers or wrists. I do admit to liking cheap, funky necklaces, but that’s an affordable vice. :-)
Could very well be a JCrew Sweater.
If I remember correctly, it looks like their colors they had this past fall.
Original price: $178
Of course it does, but that does not make the wife and children fair game. If you want to criticize the President, I am with you, but we need to grow up and leave the family alone.
Probably JCrew (or similar). One of her favorites (and mine).
Those pants look like JCrew (or similar) to me.
JCrew’s cropped wool pants start at $118.
And that's her CASUAL wear.
You have not told any of us about the size of her A$$ and her line backer size!
This Wookie should have been a first round draft choice of the Raiders and who knows what their record would be!
I wonder if those open toed sandles she wore in Hawaii show her reported 6 toes?
JCrew outfit totalling approximately $300-$400.
I remember these pieces well from their website.
Then what are you doing reading these threads? In fact, what are you doin on FR?
Seriously?
"We all need to sacrifice"... but I can still spend thousands on my wife and kids because they should remain out of it? I can take my wife, kids and extended family all over Europe and Africa, but they should remain out of it. I can take them on a jaunt to the Grand Canyon, but don't criticize because they should remain off limits. Date nights to NYC are off limits too, right?
Two weeks in Hawaii at $4000 a night while folks (including wives and children)are struggling is the grossest sign of insensitivity this country has ever seen.
One of them is sending his daughter to Dartmoouth, and he wears shoes with holes in them and his clothing is all mussed up. The man is a total blast and joy to be with.
And I'm not envious at all of people of their stature — great accomplishment for them.
But, when people wear expensive things to food banks and show no common sense ...
Its the ‘let them eat cake...err, argula’ mentality.
By her own words SHE (and her hubby, Dear Leader) ‘went into public service’ sniff, sniff. Damn their noble. And filthy rich (two ghost written tomes; a 300K per annum no-show hospital job; and being on Geo. Soros Christmas card list sure help maintain the lifestyle).
“Dont go into corporate America. You know, become teachers. Work for the community. Be social workers. Be a nurse. Those are the careers that we need, and were encouraging our young people to do that. But if you make that choice, as we did, to move out of the money-making industry into the helping industry, then your salaries respond.”
B!tch.
