I'd like to share a couple of Christmas presents with the Canteeners and the troops.

First, here's a treat to listen to on Christmas Eve--Alan Maitland reading the wonderful Frederick Forsyth story, "The Shepherd." You'll need RealPlayer to listen. It's not to be missed, especially if you love military aviation:

Second...

Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."

He who was seated on the throne said, "I am making everything new!" -Revelation 21: 1-5a

We who love the Christ child are headed there...how can we not be joyful? Merry Christmas!

I don’t care to put cloves in mine, either.
Bell’s Seasoning is the main spice, along with cayenne and a pinch of this ‘n that.

It comes up in winamp, just won’t play. I hope nobody else has the same problem I am having, would hate for folks to miss hearing this song.

I have the CD, so I can hear it at any time.

I hope everyone can listen too. I have really enjoyed previewing it and posting it.

Would someone preview the first song I posted? #139 TheMom can’t play it...and I am really hoping I didn’t goof it up! It played for me!
