We are all constitutionally guaranteed equality, happiness and welfare. The commerce clause guarantees that the government has unlimited powers and it has a responsibility to the people to guarantee equality, happiness and welfare.
Health insurance as an entitlement is just a start. We are constitutionally guaranteed the equal right to health care. Everyone is entitled to equal health care. We're also guaranteed the right to die. Ain't none of us getting out of here alive.
Now, people without burial insurance are placing a huge burden on society. If you die without burial insurance, then the costs of burial insurance goes up for all the rest of us. That is not fair and it's not equality.
Therefore and henceforth all citizens will be required to purchase burial insurance from Harry Reid's burial insurance company. Those who can't afford burial insurance will be given a subsidized burial plan.
This will reduce costs, reduce deficits and is an exit plan we can all be proud of.
Car insurance is a right, not a priveledge!

Pets! My pets do not have health insurance. Surely this is an injustice as we are to treat animals ethically and fairly! We demand pet insurance for all pet owners!

But, but, the bodies of people who die and don’t have life insurance or burial insurance are given relatively inexpensive funerals, caskets, and buried in graves (or cremated?) with relatively little expense to society. Their corpses are not left to rot on the sidewalk or street (well Detroit may be an exception).
They may not be given $5000-$10,000 funerals but they are buried properly or cremated.
Oh wait, this sounds a lot like people without health insurance-most if not all receive adequate medical care and the drugs that they need.

The 2nd Amendment guarantees me the right to bear arms.
Therefore this government/Administration needs to buy me the weapon of my choice. With ammo too.

Since I am wealthy, and will be paying a death tax, can I get the super delux version of the burial plan for my extra contribution to others in society? I feel very giving and want to be sure the government can do everything needed to take my resources away, but a burial plot with expanded cable TV would be great.

Since health insurance is a right then it must be bestowed upon ALL individuals whether in this country legally or illegally. OPEN THE FLOOD GATES! HERE THEY COME!

Now there's a program we can all get behind. Of course, that would be a program that is within what has been the traditionally accepted limits of American government, the common defense. It will never happen for that reason alone.
