My response to the RINO Blogger telling FR to Knock Off the RINO Bashing and to all RINO Pushers
Dec 2, 2009 | Jim Robinson

Posted on 12/02/2009 11:15:56 AM PST by Jim Robinson

RomneyCare is big government forcing its will on a formerly free people. It's anti-American, anti-free-markets, anti-Liberty and unconstitutional. Listen to the Reagan tape. RomneyCare is the socialism he's talking about. RomneyCare = ObamaCare. No difference.

Government is not the solution, it IS the problem!!

Free Republic will not support gun grabbing, abortion pushing, gay rights pushing, big government socialist RINOS!!

In fact we will actively campaign AGAINST them!!

Free Republic is a pro-Life & Liberty small government conservative site for pro-Life & Liberty small government conservatives!!

Take a freaking hike if you don't like it.

RINOS be damned!!

Hope this helps.

Given enough coffee and preparation time, we typically do.

Ah, we've found the source of the problem - coffee

Guess that is another box on the checklist to choose a lawyer - get a non-mormon lawyer since they can drink coffee
;P

LOL

One day I'll relate a real living joke that'd happened to me while sitting in a little bar in downtown Urbana, IL.

A a genuine Kenyan, a PhD Veterinarian I found out later, at the UIUC studying Flamingo sicknesses hitting Kenya's flocks was here TDY.

The frail little man boldly walks in to this smokey honky tonk and sits down right next to Landru, strikes up a conversation; therein, lies the tale for another time. ;^)

Only to excess.

I really liked the one about the bus driver. Probably made up, but strange enough it could be true.

I like opening the threads and have it RINO Hunting Central.

It’s been painfully obvious that the RINO Establishment (Republican Party) feel it’s “Mitt’s Turn”, like it was Bob Dole’s turn, McCain’s turn, etc.

It’s time we stopped this nonsense, conservatives make up the bulk of the Republican Party, we don’t want to be the right wing of the Democrat party.

Let Mitt, McCain, Huckleberry, Crist etc. run for the nomination in THEIR party, the democrat party. (Note to lurking dems, I don’t call them the democratIC party on purpose, nothing democratic about them)

Let’s mix in some other RINO’s when we open threads, the enemy within is the greater danger, they need to be “outed”.

Mean Nasty Mormons? Can there really be such an animal???
_______________________________________________________

Well since you asked...

A ward house was next door to the church we attended when my children were small...

The mormon children would line the fence and call out mean nasty things to my 2 yo and 7 yo...

Oh just things like “youre goiung to Hell because you are a Christian”

“youre going to Hell because you are not a mormon”

etc...

The mormon adults watched from nearer the building encouraging the kids and laughing..

Parents complained to our pastor about having to run a gauntlet with crying frightened children from the parking lot into church...

When the pastor went over to the ward building to speak to the mormon leaders he was verbally abused...

Its been more than 40 years since I first met a mormon...

I worked with one for a few weeks...she was on a mission but had to work to support herself...

Was she mean and nasty ???

Well a lady I went to church with invited her to our church...

because of that one kind invitation, the mormon destroyed my stuff, made life miserable for me, and ordered our boss to fire me...

I didnt know what to do...she seemed to kiss up to pur boss while she was abusing me...

As a Christian I could only pray...and cry at night with bewilderment at her mean nasty treatment...

After about 6 weeks, she left in a huff and my boss called me in and asked me what was going on...

It seemed the mormon had got mean and nasty to our boss for not meeting her demands to 1. fire me and 2. read her mormon junk and become a mormon...

My boss explained that the girl had finally told her that my friend had invited her to our church...how dare she...what an insult etc

I was astounded at the mean nasty behavior of the mormon and when my boss asked me to tell her all, i told her what the mormon had done to mer...

naturally my boss was upset about the abuse i had suffered and she began to explain what the mormon had been proslytizing to her...constantly..telling her she must be a mormon to go to the mormon after life etc..

My boss was a born again Christian and a member of the Methodiat church...

I was alao a born again Christian and a member of the Anglican Church...

As our beliefs were similiar we were able to understand the difference between our Christian Bible beliefs and those in the many pamplets the girl from the mormon religion had given my boss...

We discussed the mormon cult and I got my first education about mormonism that day...in those days the info and history and so called “meat” about mormonism was given out more than it is now...Now it is kept hidden...

My boss explained that they called themselves the church of jesus christ of the latter day saints but we were perplexed as to why anyone who didnt believe in Jesus would ever do that...

That name was right on their pamplets along with “mormon” ... that word “mormon” was a puzzler for us...

Like me my boss had read much of the Bible and we both knew that none of the mormon doctrine was to be found in the Bible...

My boss stressed to me not to get entangled with the bondage of the mormon religion...and i assured her I would not...

I consider that first experience a blessing from God for me...His protecting hand was upon me at that time...that warning against mormonism has lasted me since then...

I can understand why young naive people can get sucked into the mormon religion when they are “love bombed” by deceitful mormons...

I will ever be grateful to that mean nasty mormon whose mean nasty actions towards me warned me off the mormon cult...I pray she escaped from the bondage of mormonism and accepted salvation through the blood of the Jesus of the Christian Bible...

“Mean Nasty Mormons? Can there really be such an animal???”

What do you think ???

Sad story. I'm sure similar situations have been told with Protestants as the mean nasty party.

But still..... a sad story.

Actually, it’s not a myth. There are people who call themselves “pro-choice” who really see nothing wrong with abortion, or think it is good. They are pro-abortion. There are others who are “pro-choice” but who believe that abortion is wrong and who would never do it themselves. They are libertarians. I’ve known both types.

More often than not. Much of their ‘niceness’, in my experience is an affectation in order to draw others into the Church. Behind closed doors they are quite the different animal.

I think it is cruel to require a rape victim to bear the rapist’s child. But we can agree to disagree around the margins. I’ve worked with a lot of people in the pro-life cause who have your viewpoint. We consider each other valuable allies and friends.

God says it is cruel to murder the baby...

What do you think about asking the baby what she or he thinks...

Does the baby want to die for the sins of its father ???

Does the baqby think it would be cruel to have to be subjected to being torn limb from limb with no anesthestia ??

Does the baby think the horrible pain would be cruel ???

Does the baby wish she or he was an animal and had some so called “rights”...

What do we do about the selfish babies who cry “cruel”????

Speaking of which, I just got this message on FaceBook from a girl I went to school with....

She and dad were pregnant with me when they got married and I have never heard the end of how terrible her life is. I grew up thinking that everything was my fault and felt so terrible about me, thanks to mother.

Personally, finding herself in this small Utah community was probably better for her than anything else. Dad has taken good care of her even through all of her complaining. I do not know how he can put up with her like he does but he stands by her side through all of her weirdness. The image she has put out to the community and church attenders, is completely different than how she is at home. She plays the middleman with each of my brothers and I and our Dad. Of course none of us get along but she is the center of all of the attention.

Mother knows how to play the Violin, something she never had time to teach me. I guess her musical ability has been something she has been looked upon by the town as High Class. When it comes to family skills, the woman is out for herself and her misery. Sad part is that I spent most of my life feeling sorry for her. I don't anymore for I know she is a sick woman.

Talk about forgiveness...I have no problem forgiving...with her it is something I do each time I am near her for she has something rude or dishhonest to say each and everytime.

She has taught me that I do not want to be like her.

This letter isn't any different than you may read in any town anywhere in America - No one is perfect not even Mormons.

And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God

What you have ascribed to Myth is the "I'm personally opposed, but I don't believe in imposing my values on others" line that the left has used for decades. This argument is absolutely absurd, UNLESS a person doesn't actually believe that abortion is murder.

Agreed.
