Apparently there are still some posters on FR who are fast asleep. Wake up! Dammit! We are in the middle of a conservative rebellion! While you were sleeping we, along with millions of other freedom loving grassroots Americans have participated in hundreds of tea parties all across this great land and fully intend to keep it up until all of America is awake. We are fed up and mad as hell! We grassroots Americans are delivering a message to the ruling class: NO MORE!!

No more big government! No more high taxes! No more government bailouts! No more government takeovers! No government healthcare! No more corruption! No more global baloneyism!!

We're sick and tired of liberals and RINOs running roughshod over our God given Liberty!

We want our country back! We want our freedom back! We want it all back!!

No more socialism!!

Cut the taxes! Cut the spending! Cut the government!

Restore the constitutional limits on government! Restore our freedom!!

And not only no, but HELL NO to liberals and RINOS!!

I think RINOs and their supporters have realized they are a dying breed- thanks to the Tea Party movement,, Sarah Palin and NY23- and are petrified at their own, looming extinction. They must make a choice... to the left, or to the right.

Me personally, I have a visceral dislike of tatts on women. I think they diminish their femininity. I like unmolested, unmarked skin. Plus they’re very permanent, and even if you try to have that removed, you can’t get rid of the scar. It’s different with, say, piercings, where if you grow tired of it, the skin will close right up after you stop putting in the jewelry, no fuss, no muss.

I have a body piercing too. LOL. My back tattoo is my fav. Its Japanese script for the word ‘perseverance’ and is centered on my spine between my shoulder blades. The script is very feminine.

Sometimes life’s vagaries just break your heart. My Grandpa was still here when my second son was born June 19th. I handed him to my grandpa and he said “This one is my boy”. Grandpa died July 16 of the same year.

...I consistently support the most conservative in a primary race but if my person loses, then I'm going to do whatever necessary to prevent the Tom Harkins of this world from having the opportunity to tyranize our country. I ask for respect for my point of view.

I see it as the difference between a quick flush down the toilet (like now) or a long slow slide. Sometimes I'll vote for the slow slide with the hopes of buying time. Sometimes, most of the time, I vote for the conservative even if I have to write someone in.

Right now, while they are still remembering the Tea Party movement we need to push the conservatives HARD, with a "take no prisoners" mentality.

Either the RINOS will run to the left or pretend to be conservatives. And if they're pretending, they need to have their masks ripped off.

I've gone hard line, too; and it's Sarah all the way for me at this moment. BUT, when it comes to our representatives, don't be fooled by the so-called Blue Dog Democrats. They line up for socialism and the Democrat party line every time the chips are down.

So it seems. Right about the same time my father’s ex-wife died of cancer, her younger sister also died of a similar ailment, so the poor mother lost both her daughters. She never attended the funerals, as far as I know, because I think she was no longer mentally sound. My father doesn’t get to see his grandchildren much, about once a year, since my half-sister refuses to ever visit us in Tennessee. I’ve never seen either my (half)niece or nephew.
