Navy SEALs have secretly captured one of the most wanted terrorists in Iraq — the alleged mastermind of the murder and mutilation of four Blackwater USA security guards in Fallujah in 2004. And for their trouble, three of the SEALs, members of the Navy's elite commando unit, are now facing criminal charges, sources told FoxNews.com.
The three have refused non-judicial punishment — called an admiral's mast — and requested a trial by court-martial.
Ahmed Hashim Abed, whom the military code-named "Objective Amber," told investigators he was punched by his captors — and he had the bloody lip to prove it.
Now, instead of being lauded for bringing to justice a high-value target, three of the SEAL commandos, all enlisted, face assault charges and have retained lawyers.

My son wants to join the military when he is old enough. I told him that I until we got rid of all of the PC nonsense, and the scum running our govt, joining the military was a bad idea. He was saddened, but agreed that it would be a foolish move to risk his life for scum who would just as soon put him in prison.
They should get a medal. Instead they’ll get punishment under Hope and Change boy’s ROEs.

If anything, they should face a court martial for risking damage to their fists. The proper way to soften up a terroist is with the butt of a rifle or a little Navy Seal water boarding without the board.

It’s gotten quite disheartening and honestly the whole thing: Obama, Reid, Pelosi, Eric Holder, bank bailouts, political correctness the leftists ruining the country - it’s got me to the point of out right anger. I’ve got a little over 3-years left to serve and I’m done. I’ve loved every minute of my time in the military; the good times, deployments, tent-cities, my buddies, and above all serving my country but I’m emotionally drained. Our leadership (in and out of uniform) has failed us.
Ever since they caught Saddam Hussain I have thought that the military needs to kill caught enemy combatants in the field. Particularly high profile ones.
He did say in his book, when the political winds shift, he would stand Muslim.....

My kid brother had a Somali try and smuggle a knife past a check point that way during Restore Hope! Said it was funny as hell when he made skinny pull the knife out of his butt in front of some of the mulsim troops from PAK that were deployed there with him!
