FORT LEONARD WOOD, Mo. (Nov. 20, 2009) — A Missouri National Guardsman in training to become a military truck driver faces charges of making a terrorist threat in a school near Whiteman Air Force Base. According to court records, the trainee, Pfc. Michael John Frederick, 19, went into a Sedalia high school during a Saturday evening event and told the superintendent that the Army had told him to warn area schools that escaped prisoners might be trying to kidnap students. Frederick was wearing his military uniform when he made his warning about escaped inmates. However, there were no escaped inmates and he hadn’t received an order from the Army to warn school personnel. In fact, Frederick was absent without leave from the 58th Transportation Battalion at Fort Leonard Wood. Frederick had completed his basic training and was in the advanced individual training portion of his preparation for military service. It wasn’t immediately clear from Fort Leonard Wood or Missouri National Guard sources how long Frederick had been AWOL. Trainees in AIT have greater privileges after completing basic training.

Living proof the authorities wouldn’t know a terrorist till he walked up and kicked them in the A$$.

They have no problem calling an Anglo American a terrorist but just can’t get themselves to say that a Muslim who murders 13 people and attempts to murder dozens more while yelling “Allahu Akbar!” is also a terrorist.
If you are a Muslim and you threaten to go onto a Military base and shoot 54 soldiers while yelling Allah Akbar, that cannot possibly be a “terrorist” threat, since the US Government has declared that a Muslim going onto a military base and shooting 54 soldiers while yelling “Allah Akbar” is NOT a “terrorist act.”

Forget charging him with “Terrorism” — Hassan is a TRAITOR, is he NOT? He waged war against US soldiers on a US base, and was also a member of Obama’s Homeland Security Panel. He was advising the PRESIDENT on how to catch people like HIMSELF! I honestly believe he should be tried for treason. I think this would legally qualify a charge of treason, but I am not a lawyer so I could be wrong...

Hell , he could have been executed for treason by the officer who apprehended him IF she had been a military officer above enlisted rank.
