This is the republican idea ridiculed at MSNBC. Remember when every dime of government spending created a job and it didn't matter how it was spent? (stimulus economic talk in February)

Obama is poll reading, may be related to health care reform politics.

Paying off the debt with more debt, yet saving enough to buy political favors, is the kind of scheme NeoCommies can get behind.

Just watch ...

Obama's said he wouldn't sign an ObamaCare bill over $900 billion.

He's going to take most of this money to shortfall any over $900 billion, including part or all of the "Doctor Fix" so he can sign ObamaCare when it finally leaves the Senate, maybe in December.
