The House tries to pass Obamacare in a big hurry, breaking how many Constitutional rules/regulations??
FOX news coverage can be seen online at http://www.blinkotv.com/ (select "HD Test")
Doggett just said “weak tea parties brewed up by the insurance industry,” Man, he is soooo gonna be fired!
I just tried to call my congressman Ike Skelton’s office. I couldn’t get an answer. I finally called the Capitol Switchboard who tried to put me through. I ended up getting the Capitol Switchboard operator(s) 2 more times after no one picked up in the congressman’s office. The last time I asked If they just weren’t answering the phone there. She informed me that most of the congressional offices weren’t answering phones to which I replied that they must not want to hear what everyone has to say.
My initial understanding from weeks ago was that Congressman Skelton was not supporting the legislation as it was comprised at that time. Who knows now???!!!!
McCotter is great.
He just said free republic. We like that :)

Nice catch!
Miller (D) mocks Republican plan by making analogy to those left behind in Katrina.
The Republicans were not in charge of Louisiana during Katrina.

Bush Derangement Syndrome.
Let’s just relable it DERANGEMENT SYNDROME.
His latest count is 35 Dems will vote Nea - just 6 short of what we need (or is it 5)?
++++++++++++++
6 short.
258 Ds and Socialists
less 41
= 217 - 1 vote short of passing.
41 - 35 = 6 to go.

“258 Ds and Socialists”
If they are supporting this bill, then there is no difference between a Dem and a Socialist as far as I am concerned.
If this bill passes the House, it will be by at least 2 votes, so that no Republican campaign commercial can claim: “X was the deciding/crucial vote allowing the government health care takeover.”
That’s the way these weasels roll.
Ron Kind (D) complains about the excessive costs of plans that require tests that don’t work - Republican plans.
The excessive costs associated with excessive testing is related to run-away malpractice liability - Democrats refuse to recognize the driving force behind liability costs.
McDermott was an Army psychiatrist. Seriously. (I just couldn't resist.)
WHOA.
Praying sincerely hard that God will speak to the hearts of the democrats who might have a heart to vote their conscience and not just the party line, no matter how hard San Fran Gran Nan is twisting their arms behind their back!!
Markey up, mocking the Republicans in a wonderful bit of bipartisanship ::rolls eyes::
I see he represents Medford, where I grew up as a child. SOOOOOOOO glad my parents moved us to Texas years ago, because this fool would get on my last nerve if I had to listen to him for very long!
They do not want the Ms. Mavinski 1 vote that passed the Clinton Tax Bill. She got the nicknme Judas and lost her 1 term seat. Yes they roll just a little different, but B@s+@rds none the less...
You are correct, assuming that all Dems & Pubbies vote. In any population of 435, there’s likely 1 or more people who cannot show, due to family emergencies, etc., and that might change the necessary count one way or the other (as the rule is not 218, but a majority of those voting.)
In that vain, maybe someone can tonight procure a particularly fetching rent-bot for Barney Frank. Can’t hurt.
Is there a link where we can see the names of the House Dem NO votes?
Did that guy just say Texas has the highest rate of uninsured children in the country? Gee i wonder why that would be.....
on cpsan it says the vote will come at 9:30 pm est.
