This POS deserves to be courtmartialed...His atty will try the “secondary PTSD “ route.
There IS such a thing as secondary PTSD which those who care for traumatized patients often suffer. This was NOT the case with this guy.
1)He was functioning, not withdrawn as usual.
2) He was MAD because he had gotten a lousy review recently
3) He did not want to go to Iraq or Afghanistan and was competent to get an atty and try to “buy back’ his army paid medical education
4) He politically was against the wars and hoped that Obozo’s election would quickly end both wars and he wouldn’t have to go.
In short, He was a LIB who got po’d that he had to serve overseas instead of a cushy army base gig. Libs can not follow through with responsibility and then whine or get mad like a 2 yr old!
He can try PTSD as a defense, but it will not fly. He’d just completed the training for providing psychiatric services to those who have been in combat and had not yet started providing those services.
Now that is what I call an EXPERT analysis!
Wonder if they’ve scraped his Obama/Biden sticker off his car yet?
