Judge Land Fines Orly Taitz $20K, File Copy of Order with State Bar of CA
United States District Court (Georgia) ^ | 10/13/2009 | Judge Clay Land

Posted on 10/13/2009 7:45:31 AM PDT by BuckeyeTexan

When a lawyer files complaints and motions without a reasonable basis for believing that they are supported by existing law or a modification or extension of existing law, that lawyer abuses her privilege to practice law. When a lawyer uses the courts as a platform for a political agenda disconnected from any legitimate legal cause of action, that lawyer abuses her privilege to practice law. When a lawyer personally attacks opposing parties and disrespects the integrity of the judiciary, that lawyer abuses her privilege to practice law. When a lawyer recklessly accuses a judge of violating the Judicial Code of Conduct with no supporting evidence beyond her dissatisfaction with the judge’s rulings, that lawyer abuses her privilege to practice law. When a lawyer abuses her privilege to practice law, that lawyer ceases to advance her cause or the ends of justice.

-snip-

Regrettably, the conduct of counsel Orly Taitz has crossed these lines, and Ms. Taitz must be sanctioned for her misconduct. After a full review of the sanctionable conduct, counsel’s conduct leading up to that conduct, and counsel’s response to the Court’s show cause order, the Court finds that a monetary penalty of $20,000.00 shall be imposed upon counsel Orly Taitz as punishment for her misconduct, as a deterrent to prevent future misconduct, and to protect the integrity of the Court. Payment shall be made to the United States, through the Middle District of Georgia Clerk’s Office, within thirty days of today’s Order. If counsel fails to pay the sanction due, the U.S. Attorney will be authorized to commence collection proceedings.

You would have a hard time shoving more BS into a sentence if you tried.

Coming from you, I’ll take that as a compliment. Intellectual children need to resort to ad hominems when they don’t have the cognitive ability to debate issues straight up.

I’m not convinced he’s not an NBC. I am, however, fully convinced beyond any shadow of a doubt that he has not shown himself to be such. And in order to occupy the office he is holding, he must be an NBC.

do you seriously think his citizenship status is all we care about?

No, but that is all that is relevant to his eligibility.

As shown here time and again, the COLB is proof of nothing. Especially a forged one.

Says who?

Since the argument is that he needs to release various documents to prove that he is Constitutionally eligible for the Presidency, what else could be at issue? The only other qualifications are age and U.S. residency.

And I presume no one is asking Obama to prove that he is over 35 and has lived in the U.S. for over 14 years. Citizenship status is all that's left.

Recall, during the 2004 election, not one person came forward saying they were present for John Kerry's birth. Plus, his father was a diplomat and his mother an heiress, so a foreign birth would've been more probable for Kerry than for Obama.

Wrong. If there was really a question about the NBC status of Kerry it would have came up.

Doing a a quick Internet look Kerry was a war baby born December 11, 1943 at Fitzsimons Army Hospital in Colorado. And his father at the time was flying DC-3's and B-29's in the Army Air Corps.

Instead I'm asking you. You say the the COLB is inadequate? Fine, based on what? What lays out the approved documents a candidate can show to prove their qualifications?

As shown here time and again, the COLB is proof of nothing. Especially a forged one.

The only two 'experts' who claimed it was forged were subsequently shown to be lying about their credentials, and were never actually document experts. Both have been shown to have manufactured evidence. They also vanished offline after being exposed as frauds, preventing any opportunity to be questioned about why they lied about their credentials and supposed expertise.

You are both a little short sighted on what we are after.

So I ask again:

Do you care that Barry O. has had his entire record of life activity lost or sealed and does his unexamined life arouse any curiousity in you?

Jim Robinson to Vendome
mlo is a long term FReeper who lives in my neck of the woods. I’ve FReeped with him before. He’s ok. Definitely not a liberal troll or Obama supporter. And not a DOJ blogger.

Thanks. I actually hadn't seen that before.

Yes, I've met Jim a few times, including at corner protests, and he can vouch for me. But I never drag him into these threads. I figure he's got enough nonsense to worry about.

I'm unaware of any Constitutional requirement that says my curiosity has to be satisfied before someone can be president. If I have my doubts about a candidate then I don't vote for him, but that's about the extent of what I'm entitled to.
