I just received a call from Orly Taitz, my attorney in the case seeking proof of Obama's eligibility for the Office of President of the United States. Judge Carter has released a statement declaring that the dates he set for the hearing and trial on the eligibility issue are confirmed, and it will move forward as scheduled. Apparently he was not swayed by the Obama lawyer's arguments.

This entire issue could be settled in a heartbeat, but Obama and his DoJ enablers have instead adopted a bunker mentality, and are apparently determined to obstruct and delay as long as possible.

In the beginning, I thought it was nothing but entertainment. But, it's the DoJ's behavior that leads me to believe that Obama has something to hide. I don't know what it is, but I'm getting more and more curious.

Biden would be president. If you want him out then you have to impeach him too.

Agreed. But Obama has other plans for his 7 million left over campaign funds ( he got permission to use it for legal fees)rather than paying his own lawyers.

Besides, Obama will need the DOJ entire, if his COLB becoes public evidence.

Thats why the DOJ is on this case.

I've read the SCOTUS rulings regarding de facto officer doctrine as suggested a few posts up and I am going to have adjust my thinking, I believe.

It's an interesting question, but I'm sure you already know the answer -- even if you don't want to admit it.

The Constitution is full of "terms-of-art", i.e. words that had an accepted meaning at the time, and didn't need additional definition.

"Natural-born citizen" is one of them. The Framers relied heavily on legal texts that were published at the time. Those included definitions of a natural-born citizen, and both effectively defined them as "born on the soil, to citizen parents", with exceptions for those abroad in "service of the state/king".

Congress should have enacted a law that codifies this, but the fact they haven't doesn't mean the criteria isn't in effect. If they were to enact a law contrary to these definitions, it would be subject to a challenge (although not necessarily successful).

If the election proved fraudulent by Obama; neither Obama nor Biden would have any role. Since the election would not have been decided; I would believe George W would still be POTUS regardless of his term ending the usual way. In this case; it would not be the usual way.
