I just received a call from Orly Taitz, my attorney in the case seeking proof of Obama's eligibility for the Office of President of the United States. Judge Carter has released a statement declaring that the dates he set for the hearing and trial on the eligibility issue are confirmed, and it will move forward as scheduled. Apparently he was not swayed by the Obama lawyer's arguments.

It makes sense that he'd have to be removed from office before criminal proceedings can begin. However, does that also apply to crimes committed before taking office, or is that only for crimes committed while in office?

Unfortunately the plaintiffs named several officials as defendants as well. They were named in their official capacities, IIRC the names were changed after the inauguration, to the Current ones. That is, Biden instead of Cheney, Clinton instead of Rice. Gates was named as SecDef, but he's a carry over..for now.

Still I think Obama, who was not so named, should have had his own counsel, which he paid for.

You are mistaken. The Colon birth certificate you link to is a fake repudiated by McCain. It was forged and submitted into evidence by the plaintiff in a lawsuit that was seeking to disqualify McCain from receiving the GOP nomination. That lawsuit was subsequently dismissed.

McCain showed his real birth certificate to a Washington Post reporter who confirmed that he was in fact born within the US Canal zone, on the base. This information is further corrobarated by newspaper announcements contemporaneous to his birth.

A local hospital where births occurred were declared to be ‘Military bases’ to cover such instances.

In those days not all births occurred in hospitals, in fact most did not. However Coco Solo did have a Navy doctor assigned, so I imagine they at least had a dispensary. However the announcement in the local English language newspaper, the Panamanian American, said the birth was in the "Submarine Base Hospital". McCain's mother said he was born in the base hospital.

The Judge will not have Confirms[ed] Eligibility Trial to Proceed until the Judge rules on the motion to dismiss, and denies it.

Okay, thanks for confirming that there were newspaper announcements of John McCain's birth in the Canal Zone, just like there were newspaper announcements if Obama’s birth in Hawaii.

You assume that his qualification issue is outside his dutes. Holder assumes they are within his duties. I mean a qualification issue is part and parcel of being president, especially if you think its OK for the president to hoodwink America.

So the DOJ will be carrying the Pretend Presidents water.
