I just received a call from Orly Taitz, my attorney in the case seeking proof of Obama's eligibility for the Office of President of the United States. Judge Carter has released a statement declaring that the dates he set for the hearing and trial on the eligibility issue are confirmed, and it will move forward as scheduled. Apparently he was not swayed by the Obama lawyer's arguments.

No, you made an assertion. Telling me to go read a mass of posts doesn't back up your assertion. I'm asking you about what you said. I don't believe any of those other threads produced any US law saying what you claimed.

I’m not taking a side on it, I was just pointing out that Leahy’s committee made the point to include that aspect in their resoultion and Leahy also affirmed it during the hearings.
I would not want to be him (Biden)if Obama was removed for fraud and Biden, BamBam’s BBF, took over.
People would be very angry that our political and media elite are so dang incompetent and corrupt they can not even check a birth certificate and obey the constitution. I don’t care who the president is that would be so unlucky to have to serve out Obama’s term, but I would not want to be him/her. All of the Left’s dreamy “progress” would be done for because most of it is clearly unconstitutional.

SOOOO- you are saying that each and every child born on a military base out of this country is not a citizen?
We have now and have had for many years military parents serving all over the world who have had children.
What status do you give them?
McCain’s status has already been decided, BTW.
And his grandpa John S. McCain, was there too, as the Admiral in charge of Naval Air Station, Coco Solo.
He'd have to be impeached, tried, and convicted by the Senate before he could be indicted for fraud.

You need to read the authorities such as Vattel about this. It would be the height of injustice for such a theory to prevail since it takes away the rights of those most devoted to the nation, military.
No one believes you are correct at least no one who knows anything about the law. You are confusing native born and natural born. Children born to servants of the state out of country are indeed natural born.
Since allegiance is the critical issue here you may not be aware that one did not even have to be natural born to be president at the time the Constitution was ratified. One only had to be in this nation 14 yrs prior to ratification thus allowing those (Alexander Hamilton) who had fought for independence to be eligible.

Dr. Orly is the ONLY one out there in the trenches EVERY day hitting Obama on multiple fronts and trying to bring him down. It is reported that she is more than $8,000 in debt from using her own funds for expenses in her flights across the U.S for interviews, speeches, serving papers and meeting with officials.
She has even gone to Isreal and Russia to spread the message about Obama’s inelgibility!
She states the case expertly, including the bc and natural born citizen aspect, when not abused by the U.S. state-controlled media.
