I just received a call from Orly Taitz, my attorney in the case seeking proof of Obama's eligibility for the Office of President of the United States. Judge Carter has released a statement declaring that the dates he set for the hearing and trial on the eligibility issue are confirmed, and it will move forward as scheduled. Apparently he was not swayed by the Obama lawyer's arguments.
McCain isn’t president so he is a non-issue.

A person who is not eligible in the first place cannot be put into position.
Eligibility is in Article 2 Section 1 clause 5

And from what I can tell from reading McCain’s birth certificate, it clearly states that he was born and the Panama Railroad Hospital in Colon, Panama and not on a US military base.

Biden was nominated by the Democrat party at the convention.
Obama being disqualified later does not change that.
So another question is, how can a dual citizen, a dual national (assuming HI birth) be a Natural Born Citizen of the U.S.? Divided loyalties and foreign entanglements?”
Such dual citizenship is forbidden in the laws of the USA where it pertains to the President or anyone who can succeed him.
So it is your position that neither Obama or McCain are eligible?

Dr. Edwin Viera said the same thing. On his blog. He has a BA, MA, JD and PhD from Harvard - not on the affirmative action track wither. Anything the usurper signed is null and void if he is bounced.
That would be in clear violation of the 22nd Amendment.
The issue of McCain’s eligiblilty was brought up by NObama’s campaign in the spring of 2008 and was proven that he is absolutely eligible to be President.
That would make McCain & Palin both eligible.
No discovery has been ordered. Judge Carter's stay of discovery pending the motion to dismiss is still in effect, and the motion to dismiss hasn't been ruled on yet.
McCain’s birth in Panama does not mean he is not natural born. Offspring of servants of the state out of the country are still natural born. John’s father was on a tour of duty at the behest of the state and in no way would disqualify his son. All legal authorities at the time of the Founding agree on this question.
No one knows.
I think it would depend on the reason for his ineligibility. If he's not a citizen, or wasn't one at birth, due to foreign birth, he could be gone pretty quickly, I'd think. What would there be to appeal?
Now if the courts determine determine that he's not an NBC because his father was not a citizen, although he was born in Hawaii, the appeals could take a couple of years, depending on how fast the appeals proccess went at the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court levels.
IMHO, impeachment is for Presidents, not ineligible usurpers.
