I don’t think that is correct. His signing was to seal any documents generated by his public presidency, not his private history prior to public office.

No kidding? I hadn't heard that before. In the old days, something like that would have set off the radar of any and all real journalists.

More proof all we have today is a state controlled media and not a journalist in sight for as far as the eye can see.

That’s not true. The EO he signed was referring to Presidential records only, not personal records of Presidents.
